I had a bad experience in the hotel, I left $20 us dolars in my room and the service room took the money I put the claim a the lobby and the boy told me that they couldn't do anything that I have to call the Police at my experience I do not recommend to stay in this hotel; they... More

We stayed here for 3 nights while travelling around Central America. We were given a very spacious rooftop room. The room had two huge beds and a large shower room, also a fridge and TV. Outside was a large terrace with views over the island. The only downside was the reception staff who just seemed unfriendly and lacking in customer... More

This hotel ruined Caye Caulker for us. When we got off the ferry, we tried a hostel recommended by friends, but it was full. The taxi driver insisted we check China Town, "the best in caye caulker" according to him. We gave it a shot. Which was the biggest mistake of our honeymoon. Almost all parts of it were smelly.... Rooms were outdated and tacky in decor, the pool was a grey murky colour and dog poo was left by the stairs for the two days we stayed. Breakfast was ok. I would not recommend staying here, better finding a room somewhere else on the island!

Booked by booking.com. 10 people for being arranged on 3 rooms. The booked rooms were tight, with queen size beds occupying the entire rooms floor. All rooms without windows... Asked for an upgrade, they gave us 3rooms with king size beds. No possibility to have single beds. At the checkout we needed to be helped with the baggage service store,... More

I would never stay or recommend this place. Room was overpriced, shower was awful, fridge didnt work, a/c wouldn't cool the room. And worst of all, the service was horrible. Plenty of other places to stay on the island, keep looking.

The absolutely only reason we stayed at China Town is because we were there during the hurricane and needed a concrete structure. I give two stars because of the good a/c and the big King size bed. But for $70US a night, I'd never have stayed here, given all the other options on the island. If you're desperate and need... More

This hotel is more like a hostel but with private rooms. The rooms we're pretty fine though the shower was not so goos. Unfriendly staff and the kitchen is not really a kitchen. It doesn't have any tools, gas, plates, etc You have to bring everything by yourself. I've stayed in much cheaper hostels in my trip which had much... More

Had a few issues with A/C and reliable water but for all things considered was great. Customer service was all you could hope for they where great on moving rooms when A/C did not work and very good on cleaning. They rent a fan for the whole stay at a cost of $5 US. The fried chicken in lobby for... More

I can't believe there are so many bad reviews for this place! Yes this is by no means a 5 star hotel but it is very good value for money. We are a group of 3 travellers and we paid only $40 US a night for our fan room, which is way cheaper than any of the hostels on the... More
