We stayed on the newer rooms across the street which were great. Comfortable beds and well designed rooms they were great for us. The only drawback was a hold up getting the rooms ready but that wasn’t too bad. Free coffee and water.

I travel internationally several times a year. Several different types of accommodations. This was the absolute worst experience ever! I would liken it to a hostel! Cleaning staff (despite showers having mold and mildew were amazing and pleasant!). But that’s where it ends! Rooms and hallways smell nice for about an hour or so after the cleaning staff does their thing. Management staff was dismissive and have yet to do anything to address the issues that I brought up! We didn’t have any water in our shower for 24 hours!!! In seven days we never ever ever had hot water when the shower was working! The AC leaked all over the floor every day, however it was cold! 🙄 No telephones even to call the front desk. No tv in the rooms and it looks nothing like it does in the pictures! I am sooooooo disappointed in how they have handled this. When I told the manager my concerns he simply said there was nothing he could do and I needed to contact Travelocity. When I did that, they contacted them, they contacted him directly and he still refused to be off any assistance. Even with low end properties.... Customer Service Matters!

We stayed here for 5 nights. The daytime reception staff was very friendly and service minded and gave us good recommendations about the island. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Free coffee in the lobby in the mornings was a great plus! There is also a large water cooler in the lobby which guests can fill their bottles from. Great initiative both for guests and the environment. We heard the islands power station, huge diesel generator, which is pretty close by, but it didn’t bother us much. Just ask for a room towards the back without balcony if you want it a little quieter. We enjoyed our stay here!

Stayed here 4 nights Feb. 28th - march 4th - good location, staff very nice and helpful. Fair price for what you get. Cons: very poor water pressure and hardly any hot water. A/C worked well. Close to island electricity generation plant so somewhat noisy during day.

Pretty standard room - no frills but everything worked just fine (AC, shower, etc.). It’s in a great spot and close to Auntie’s which serves amazing breakfast! The staff was also wonderful. They knew it was our honeymoon and put flowers all over our room which was super sweet!
