This was our second visit to x’Tan Ha. We loved our first visit, in 2017 so much, that we had to bring our son because he missed the first trip. The water is beautiful and people are wonderful. We rented a golf cart and drove to the Truck Stop for dinner and did a snorkel excursion with Tuff E Nuff. We all had a wonderful time.

Love, love, love X'Tan Ha!! The staff is so friendly and helpful. The room and resort is beautiful and quiet. Just what we were looking for. We enjoyed our 10 day stay here. It is North of town, so you must have a have a golf cart to get around the island...we loved that part as well...it was an adventure! Lots of hidden restaurants and bars in the area that we loved exploring even though the X'Tan Ha food and drink service was amazing...we wanted to taste everything everywhere! Stay at X'Tan Ha for quiet relaxation and a beautiful setting.

We stayed in a sea front room that had a kitchenette, living room, king sized bed and ensuite. There was a full sized fridge and a water cooler in the kitchen. There's a restaurant for all meals if you didn't want to cook your own. The beach was kept clean of seaweed. Tuff e nuff tours was on site. 2 pools and wifi. There are kayaks and paddle boards but unfortunately it was too windy for us to use. The wasn't a water trampoline when we were there. We used the coaster bikes to get around and there were a few golf carts available to rent. Overall it was an enjoyable stay.

My husband and I recently spent nine days at this resort. The staff was excellent. Always addressing any of our requests immediately. Alan and Luis were so kind and available to help. I have never seen people work so hard at maintaining the grounds. Specifically, Mario and Juan. While I didn't interact with the housekeeping they did a great job. We ate many meals in the onsite restaurant. Two of the servers we interacted with the most were Mitch and Rafael. They went out of their way to help with my special requests. The dive shop is run by Kimmy, what a friendly and wonderful person. Thank you Kimmy for setting me up on two wonderful snorkeling trips. I miss you! I am completely in love with Belize thanks to my incredible stay at the X'tan Ha Resort! The vibe is totally laid back, not glossy and stiff, and very family friendly. The staff is fantastic. From Mitch in the restaurant to Andre at the cabana bar to Jason who cleaned the pool daily to Erwin who ran security to Zoe who was part of housekeeping and Nailea who literally handled every single detail at the front desk....they are all AMAZING! You must buy a handmade bag from Freddie who sets up his little shop right there on the beach. And don't forget Tuff-N-Nuff Tours with Kim - she will set you up on the best fishing, snorkeling, and island tours. Ask for Afrie, Jesus, and Jo to be your guides. Their combined knowledge and knowhow will blow your mind. Again, the staff alone will bring me back again and again! But, what truly sets this place apart is the beach front and the view. Out of all of the resorts on the island, this intimate and private beach combined with the clearest, blue water views are truly the best. I'm already planning my next trip:)…

The Staff and the View at X'Tan Ha are unparalleled! Excellent food with delightful staff and new friends are to be had daily at the palapa on property. The rooms are comfortable with restful times to be had on the front porches sipping coffee in the morning or their rum punch in the evenings. I loved it so much, I am definitely returning.

Absolutely loved the place. The grounds were immaculate. Both pools were cleaned daily and it had a cute bar over the water. The room was clean and comfortable. The room was well appointed. The only drawback was there was no TV in the living room and the road is very rough getting there.

The mood and set up of the resort reminds a lot about the resorts in Maldives and Malaysia that we visited. The sand is powdery white and the beach is cleaned several times a day from the seaweed that is the nightmare of the beaches in Belize. The staff - so nice and friendly. Two pools, restaurant and the bar on the pier. As it is away from the busy and noisy town of San Pedro, it is not overcrowded and an ideal place to relax. I do hope we will have a chance to visit here again. Highly reccomend. Best regards to David Nal

We stayed at Michelle Gerbozys unit. The hardest part of the trip was making it through town with our golf cart. After picking up groceries we headed North. The road is paved for a while then turns into a classic dirt road with many potholes. No problem if you aren’t in a hurry and don’t expect smooth paved streets like you have at home. After the secret beach turn off the traffic started to thin out and the resorts became fewer and fewer. When we pulled into X tan ha we were greeted by other guests and checked in at the office. From the office people to all the other staff on grounds we were treated top notch. The grounds and pools are cleaned daily. We never ate at the restaurant (mostly cooked our own meals) but spent some time at the palapa bar over the water. Caught some bonefish just down the beach on a calm evening. You could beach walk for at least 1/2 Mile, maybe more. X tan ha is north out of the main hubbub and within a golf cart ride to tranquility beach or back South to secret (not so secret) beach which is too touristy for us but you can walk south and get away to your own spot. Michelle’s place was nicely remodeled and had everything we needed and a comfy King Size bed. If you are looking for a peaceful,relaxing, low key place to go this is it. If you want busy nightlife with bars and restaurants stay in town. We had a great time and would be happy to go back! …
