This place is magical. Our family had a wonderful stay. It has a lovely pool area and beach, with its own pier complete with lounge chairs, hammocks and a palapa begging you to come out and relax. The staff is great, and in particular, Tristian made sure to help us from the

How is the snorkeling?
It's ok at PRV, not like going on an excursion though. The reef that runs along the coast of San Pedro is pretty far away from the shore, so we took an excursion that went to several hot spots.

How from the main part of town is it in a golf cart?
Roads are bumpy, so need to drive cart slowly. Probably 20 minutes at the most. About 3 miles

Are kids allowed?
Yes, kids are allowed. A couple of additional details to help make your decision. The pool is small and there's no swimming on the beaches on this side of Ambergris because of the sargassum. The property's pier is the nicest on the island, with lounge chairs far enough away from the beach that the water is clear and you can swim around. The condos are not walking distance to town. You'll either need to rent a golf cart or take taxi every time you want to go to town. The tax is $22 round trip every time. It was a mistake that we didn't rent golf cart. There is nothing near the condo but two mediocre restaurants and a very small grocery store, that really doesn't have much other than beer, coke, water and Belize snacks. It is very quiet at this property, but we went there to scuba dive so we were gone every day.

We are flying into BZE airport How far is it to the resort?
I would recommend flying from BZE to San Pedro. Once you land in BZE roughly another 2.5 hours till you are at the resort. Including transfers, taxis, baggage pick up etc.
