We had a great stay at Ramon's! We liked the lush tropical vibes of the resort grounds and everyone there was super helpful - Josh at the front desk was awesome. We enjoyed the food at the restaurant (heads up - they only sell beer and wine; no hard alcohol so byob for cocktails), had a great snorkeling trip right from Ramon's dock, and were provided transportation back to the ferry upon departure. Would highly recommend.

Wow!! I cannot be more satisfied with our stay at Ramon's Village. The food, beverage and service points were all excellent. This is our third visit to Ramon's and we will continue to be regular customers for life. Every aspect of the resort from the front desk to the maintenance staff is awesome. I have not found more friendly and personable staff anywhere I have EVER visited in my life. I am in the hospitality business and know what it takes to pull off a 5 star visit and was never disappointed! Shout outs to Jackalishish the wonder server, Ron the bartender extraordinaire, Rick at the dive shop and Josh at the front desk!!! Thank you staff for providing us with such a wonderful stay!!!

We spent a week at this amazing resort shortly after COVID limitations were loosened and I must say it was the most amazing vacation we’ve taken to date. The staff was so helpful and friendly. The fishing excursion we took with Jairo and Wilmer was fantastic. Caught so many fish we shared with everyone. The on-site food was delicious along with the catch they prepared for us. Diego and the dining crew were very attentive and friendly. We are already planning a return trip. Beautiful and clean resort. Very friendly staff. Highly recommended to get away from all the craziness of the day to day.

My husband and I have been visiting Ramon’s Village Resort for over 30 years, primarily for the world class diving on the world’s second largest barrier reef but this trip we left our dive gear at home and went fishing. They offer a variety of fishing options, deep sea, reef, fly fishing and what I call “girly” fishing. The guides bait your hook, you real in your catch, and they take the fish off of your hook so you never have to touch the fish! They also clean and fillet your catch. We opted for a half day trip on a fast and super clean boat with a head. After all, if you’re going to drink a few Belikins, a boat with a head is a plus for us ladies! We had a blast with experienced and fun guides, Jairo and Will and caught about 30 keepers, mostly snappers, and lost just as many! My husband pulled up a few Champagne snappers outside of the reef using a hand-line that was dropped 300’ to the bottom. I caught a barracuda using bait that floated on the surface. We also tried reef fishing at 5-6 locations all around the island! We took the cleaned and filleted catch to Chef Rommie Kie at Pineapples on the Beach, who prepared it several ways that night for dinner. Eating our fresh and deliciously prepared catch was another bonus! We invited several friends to join us and our one friend and daughter confessed to me that they don’t even like fish but said this meal was one of the best they ever had! It just doesn’t get any better than that! Check out a picture of us on Ramon’s website, “From Hook to Cook”. If interested, just talk to Rick at Ramon’s dive shop and he will make your custom tailored day of fishing for you! Special thanks to Jairo and Will for such a memorable and fun day!

I just returned from my 4th visit to Belize and Ramon's. My first visits were in 2015 & 2017 and I decided to return in 2020 once information was updated regarding overseas travel to Belize. My girlfriend and I booked a trip in mid-September to Belize and spend 29 November-5 December at Ramon's. We had such an amazing time, that prior to the end of our stay, I decided to book a return trip to spend New Year's eve at Ramon's. So back to back visits within a 30-day period and once again we had a great time. The property manager, Einer helped to orchestrate the return visit and we had the best room on the property. I would strongly suggest booking the Honeymoon Suite!!!! Rick at the Dive Shop is amazing and the Dive Masters and staff were outstanding as always. In spite of there being a city curfew both times, we were not affected and the Ramon's took great care of us. I am planning on returning in the next few months and will bring my 2 adult daughters for a relaxing visit! While there are new properties opening throughout San Pedro, I will continue to stay in the warm and friendly confines of Ramon's!
