Went to the Plantation for lunch. Ordered Cajun shrimp Alfredo. Props to the chef, and waitress staff, Bridgett Nail and Revina Johnson they were very attentive, Thanks to Molly Johnson we received our food promptly by ordering ahead. Thank you for a great experience, Spring and Joseph. I will be back. Left overs.... Below

We arrived late in the day on a Monday. Lady at check was not in the best of moods but not the worst. Elevator smelled highly of mold.
However, our room was Awesome. We stayed in a grand suite and were surprised at how large and luxurious it was. The downfall was... no hot water in the shower. we must have let it run for 25 minutes or more! This is not very water conservative. To say we were glad to get home and a hot shower is an understatement.
We did not get to try the restaurant as it seems all restaurants in Alma are closed on Mondays except fast food.
Would we stay again, probably not as we like hot showers.

This property is breathtaking! My family and I were treated like royalty!! Taylor greeted us at checkin and was super nice in accommodating us due to a mix up with our room. During checkin, Jack came to readily assist us with our luggage. Taylor and Jack made sure that we had everything that we needed and made sure that our room was befitting. I can not wait to return again. I am telling all of my family and friends about this place. See you all soon!!

Nice room but no micro, no fridge, no shower mat, no grab bar in shower, no breakfast, tiny soap, no fresh towels second day and some towels had holes in them, hangers wouldn’t stay on bar. Dinner was not much beyond Stouffers and overpriced for that region, no salad and no bread included. Loud electric guitar ten feet behind us very annoying. Never going back there.

If you're in the area, and want a great place to stay, this is it. The rooms are huge, clean, and quiet. The staff was friendly, and the new owners were friendly and very involved while we were there. The food at the restaurant was very good as well. I can't think of anything to complain a out.

We loved this place!!

What a pleasant, comfy, clean little mom and pop style place. The woman at the front desk was so helpful and kind. A welcome break from chain hotels. Nice, little restaurant and bar on property. We just needed a stopping place for the night and saw this place had great reviews and I can see why! Would 100% stay again if we are ever in the area.

I eat dinner there every Tuesday. The food is great and the service is wonderful. Especially Rev and Harley top shelf. I have never had a bad meal there. I also like the golf course. The restaurant is quaint and very accommodating. I would recommend this place to anyone. Ask for Rev or Harley.

Our family of 4 and our 2 dogs evacuated Florida in the middle of the night, after the 4am weather report announced Irma had shifted West and was tracking directly over our house. We started driving North checking for hotels, no idea where we would end up. At that point, when you're scared about what the future will hold, your home, your safety and your frankly your life, we were willing to stay anywhere that would take us. After 3 solid hours of calling, begging and being turned away, I found The Inn at Blueberry Plantation in Alma, Georgia. I explained our dire situation to the woman who answered my call. With a calm and soothing Southern drawl, she told me she would call me back in a few minutes. My whole family was on pins and needles until my phone rang. This Southern Angel had a room for us!!!! We all screamed with delight as we drove the remaining 2.5 hours we had left to arrive at the Inn. When we arrived, I couldn't believe my eyes. It was beautiful. It had a lovely feel as soon as we walked in. There is a restaurant with a full bar, gorgeous room with hardwood floors, and the staff....these folks opened their Inn to evacuees on days they're normally closed. They worked so hard for us and many slept there so they could serve us the next day. We kept saying, "this is just too good to be true."

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the accommodations, the staff and the food. I would stay there anytime with zero hesitation.

Thank you IBP for turning our scary situation into a pleasant experience.

I stayed here to attend my Nieces Wedding which was not held on the premisis. I booked a Jr. Suite and when I entered my room I found it to be rather dirty. All surfaces were covered in Dog Hair including the bedding. The dresser and night stands were dusty and also had dog hair. The floor and throw rug were full of dog hair. Ere was a good layer of dust on the sides of the night stands and when I moved them there were dust bunnies and beer bottle caps under them. I told the front desk clerk who appologized and sent house keeping back to my room. House keeping appologized and I had to exit the room for another half hour while the room was cleaned again. When I returned to the room it was much better but the dust, dust bunnies, and beer bottle tops remained behind the furniture. Later in the evening I returned from the wedding and was thirsty and needed a snack. They have a nice bar and lounge but I was told by the bartender that they do not even have pretzels or potato chips. This could be a beautiful place to get away but needs Someone to pay attention to the details, i.e. A Genral Manager.

After a really bad stay at a motel in Baxley a while back I was recommended to stay at the Blueberry Plantaion Inn. We loved it! The Inn has southern charm, a big front porch, a bar and restaurant where they treat you like an old friend. The room was great. We choose the king room because it had a king bedroom and a big living room with a fireplace. We had a teenager with us so the pull out couch was perfect. The hardwood floors and big windows just made it all the better. The golf course looked very nice but we didn't have the opportunity to play. The Inn was almost 20 minutes from where we had to be but I wouldn't stay anywhere else!
