Clean, clean, clean. Seemed recently renovated as well. I was so grateful after a 12 hour car trip for a clean place to crash. The guy was really nice and gave us a good price. Amazing value for the money. I’d stay here again for sure.
Rooms have been renovated and are really nice, especially for the price. Outside looks older, but rooms are very nice and clean. Great bed linens. Owner was very nice. Would definitely stay there again. Refrigerator and microwave in the room.
Just a heads up! My husband and I have stayed at this hotel in the past during an extended power outage at our home. The hotel is less than 10 minutes from our home, so it was convenient. The hotel is okay. Not great but not bad either. We have had flooding in our area the past few days, so we had septic issues and I decided going to a hotel would be preferable to staying at home. I made the reservation while still at home and when I arrived, the lady at the front desk told me the owner really didn't want people from the county or the neighboring counties at his hotel, although she begrudgingly was going to let me check in. I asked what was the difference in a power outage or septic issues or any other reason a person might not be able to stay in their home and she basically just wanted to argue. My husband & I are both Choice Rewards members and stay at Choice Hotels frequently, but this hotel will never have to worry about us giving them any business again.…
It's doable. If the price is right for you, go for it. It's clean, tv worked!!! Shower was ok, hvent done breakfast yet. But what is the smell in these rooms? It isn't cleaning materials. It is just an odd smell. And ac is loud! Have to turn tv up when air comes on! Otherwise, maybe it's worth saving a few bucks. 😁
We have stayed in this hotel a few times and have been pleased each one. While the facility is older, the owners try to keep it nice and clean. The location is quiet. Breakfast does not disappoint: waffles, sausage, biscuits and gravy.
