Property's Favorite Review
Beautiful room. Very comfortable bed. The room had all that we needed, a couch and chair in the living area. A almost full size refrigerator, which a sink and a set of dishes and microwave in the kitchen area. The bathroom was spacious and the shower was beautiful. Added bonus we were able to sit out each night in the garden area for happy hour. Would definitely come back much better than a hotel room and at a comparable price. It was downtown so we could walk to shops and restaurants.

Nicely decorated, comfortable, quiet, great location, and above all CLEAN! Not a single bug, and that is saying something for Florida.
It is self service. You get a text the day of arrival with the room key code. Very convenient.
Obvious attention is paid to all the room details— even pods for the Keurig creamers ad well
Highly recommend

This boutique hotel was the perfect place to vacation during the pandemic. Spacious, clean, comfy, conveniently located, and not another person in sight. Via text, the innkeeper ensured we had everything we needed and went above and beyond to help get a package delivered to my suite. The Coral Suite on the ground floor was easily accessible for my Mom, and we enjoyed both the garden and the balcony. Will definitely be back!

We stayed in the Sunset suite two nights for a short break enroute from Florida to Tennessee. From initial contact to check out, every aspect was exceptional. The building is located on a quiet end of the super fun business area. Parking was super easy directly in front. Easy walk up to the room. And then the room! Absolute attention to detail. It was a large space for just 2 of us but also felt cozy. The bathroom was pretty Wow and the setting for the bed is perfect with that giant headboard. If you stay here, be sure to turn on the light that hangs over the bed. We slept well with almost no noise from other rooms even though all were full while we were there. We took a quick stroll through the garden and spent most of an evening on the veranda playing cards and enjoying cake from across the street and decaf from the room. Consider this destination lodging!

+1
Very surprised! My wife and I stayed here in April 2021. The place was furnished very nice and comfortable. The bathroom has a tub and large shower. The place was very quite and we felt like we had the whole place to yourselves. Sitting on the porch in the mornings and evenings was a relaxing. This will be out "go to" place whenever we come back to this area.

We stayed here overnight while traveling. Our room was spacious, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. It is a refurbished business building close to the waterfront. The decor is lovely and tastefully done. Walkable area for food, drinks and shopping. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

From the outside, it looks very rustic. However, it has been newly remodeled and the suites were perfect. Large apartment with everything that you need. I loved the front porch on the second floor and also the patio garden area in the back. It is very quiet and private.

Found this place on Bing and after looking at tons of reviews for other places and getting the "two night minimum" I called Monica here and she was able to accommodate us for just 1 night. The room was very spacious, clean and comfy. It even smelled new!! No one was booked the day after us so she said for us to take our time leaving the next day. Also, all we had to do was park our car and we walked everywhere we wanted to go while there. The rooms are decorated with bright, but relaxing colors. The bath towels were soft, the bed sheets were soft, lots of bed pillows....I should also say if you are looking for a romantic suite, this is the place to go. We stayed in the sea glass room and it was very romantic looking and feeling. My husband and I will definitely be back...when we feel like we can be away from our baby girl for another weekend.

I found Riverwood Suites the day before we arrived in Apalachacola. I spoke to Monica and it sounded great, but I didn't want to get my hopes too high. If you appreciate meticulous construction, thoughtful design and the use of reclaimed materials, Riverwood is a home run. If you stay here ( which is a must in Apalachacola), take a moment and have a conversation with Monica the owner. It is an education.
