Nicely decorated, comfortable, quiet, great location, and above all CLEAN! Not a single bug, and that is saying something for Florida. It is self service. You get a text the day of arrival with the room key code. Very convenient. Obvious attention is paid to all the room details— even pods for the Keurig creamers ad well Highly recommend
This boutique hotel was the perfect place to vacation during the pandemic. Spacious, clean, comfy, conveniently located, and not another person in sight. Via text, the innkeeper ensured we had everything we needed and went above and beyond to help get a package delivered to my suite. The Coral Suite on the ground floor was easily accessible for my Mom, and we enjoyed both the garden and the balcony. Will definitely be back!
We stayed in the Sunset suite two nights for a short break enroute from Florida to Tennessee. From initial contact to check out, every aspect was exceptional. The building is located on a quiet end of the super fun business area. Parking was super easy directly in front. Easy walk up to the room. And then the room! Absolute attention to detail. It was a large space for just 2 of us but also felt cozy. The bathroom was pretty Wow and the setting for the bed is perfect with that giant headboard. If you stay here, be sure to turn on the light that hangs over the bed. We slept well with almost no noise from other rooms even though all were full while we were there. We took a quick stroll through the garden and spent most of an evening on the veranda playing cards and enjoying cake from across the street and decaf from the room. Consider this destination lodging!…
We wanted to stay in Apalachicola and enjoyed looking through the pictures of the different suites in Riverside Suites. We picked the Sea Glass Suite and loved it. The building has rusted corrugated metal on the outside. Then, you unlock your suite, and the care they have used in finishing that room is just amazing----custom-made headboard, shower with pebble floor, designed table to hold the microwave, cute shabby chic furnishings. If it had been much cooler, we would have been sitting out on that veranda or in the beautiful garden in the back. There was a refrigerator. Our king-size bed was really comfortable. We walked from here to the High Five Dive Bar to hear a guitarist/singer. There are many cute shops uptown, and you'll want to drive around. Loved this place!
From the outside, it looks very rustic. However, it has been newly remodeled and the suites were perfect. Large apartment with everything that you need. I loved the front porch on the second floor and also the patio garden area in the back. It is very quiet and private.
Very surprised! My wife and I stayed here in April 2021. The place was furnished very nice and comfortable. The bathroom has a tub and large shower. The place was very quite and we felt like we had the whole place to yourselves. Sitting on the porch in the mornings and evenings was a relaxing. This will be out "go to" place whenever we come back to this area.
We go to Apalachicola each year for the Seafood Festival, every little thing was perfect. Quaint clean. Great job Monica and staff. See you guys next year. Our group had 3 of the rooms and were able to gather on the upstairs porch before heading out. Walking distance to almost anywhere.
As senior citizens we prefer not having stairs. Coral Suite was perfect. First floor and park at the door. Beautifully done restoration of the building and great decorating by the host. Full size refrigerator, big screen TV, large comfortable bed, and great bathroom, especially the pebble floor in the shower. Short walk to lots of great restaurants and bars. Best check-in process. Unlock the lockbox, remove the key, open the door. No front desk to deal with. Perfect stay. We will return.
The historic Baltimore Building is a comfortable modernized facility with many rustic details. Easy walking to all shopping and dining but a block or two off the main drag, depending on which direction you go.
The Sunset suite was lovely and we enjoyed the easy walk to town without being in the center of it all. Great restaurants and shops close by and staff was friendly and professional. We will definitely return.
