The service was awesome, along with the rooms and the breakfast. After not traveling due to Covid for over 2 years this was defiantly the perfect place! Easy access to get there and in a great location. I would stay here again.
From the moment we walked in, we felt very welcome! The room was large, the beds were comfortable and the shower was hot! We had breakfast included in the room rate and we had delicious meals each morning. The menu included eggs, french toast and pancakes among other things. The waitress, Navenka, made us feel like part of her family. The location might not be suitabke if you are there for the theme parks but there is everything that you need right next to the property. It is literally one turn off the road out of the airport. If I’m ever in The north orlando area again I will defnintely stay there again.
Had to get a hotel room quick for my daughter bc of a autistic with airbnb not answering and they were the only ones with immediate check in. The front desk rep would not give clear instruction on how to use a virtual credit card. After about 2.5 hours, I had no choice but to call back to try to get them to help and the manager Carlos assisted. I will say, he was able to quickly fix the situation. When we initially booked the hotel online (the only way to use a virtual credit card for someone else unless you get a credit card authorization form - next time tell your guests that in the first place and save them 2 hours) it said you could pay for breakfast for $10 extra, so we did. It was on the receipt. Then they are going to tell my daughter they don't have anything like that! How are these people in business? How do these people work here but they don't know what is going on??? We will never stay in a Hilton again. And if they say the stay is free, better get it in writing signed by the Hilton owner herself! Thanks for a garbage Thanksgiving! …
Be aware of this hotel and the customer service you will receive here. I am a diamond member with the Hilton group and my family and I was treated like homeless people begging free stay and food. We were judge base on our appearance and was also rude to by Carlos Rosario Jr Assistant General Manager Hilton Orlando Altamonte Springs. If you are black they will look at you as if you are nobody.
Our group hasn't met in person in two years, so it was especially wonderful to be together again. The staff and facilities were ideal. Big shout out to those who prepared and served our meals! So delicious!
This location as located in a perfect spot. Quiet and clean. The staff and management are amazing and extremely professional. The rooms are always comfortable and clean. Stayed on a few occasions and never had a single complaint about the hotel as a whole. I love the location because it’s tucked away off the main road but yet, really close to everything (including food and mall/theatre. Highway is a hop and skip away. 20 mins from downtown Orlando and 30 from airport. Give it a try, you won’t regret it. They also have a huge bar on site for a late night drink/cocktail.
I planned this trip for my daughter for over a year. She is in a wheelchair. This trip was especially for her. I booked the hotel in May with specific instructions that I needed an adjoining room that was wheelchair accessible with rolling shower. i called several times including 2 days before we left to confirm and was assured it was in computer. What ensued upon arrival was unacceptable. I was told our rooms were not ready and they had no adjoining room or rooms next to each other and they were going to place us on different floors. My daughter became upset and teary. I informed receptionist to find me a hotel that had availability as my daughter suffers from seizures, all of a sudden 2 rooms were found 701 and 702; but they would not be ready till the evening. We got to our rooms after 9pm. Next came the shower, the seat was slanted down and as I showered her she almost slipped to the floor. I have a picture if you need to see it. The shower head spread water all over the place, I asked for it to be replaced. The chair was fixed but not the shower. (Room 701). Then their carpet was soaked from one end to the other with no explanation of where the water was coming from. I went to speak with receptionist on changing our rooms and was told many were leaving on Saturday, 7/30 and we would be able to be switched. We packed all our belongings went out on Saturday for the day and when we returned in the evening was informed rooms were not ready and we would have to wait till Sunday afternoon, very frustrating and disappointing. With only 2 days left of our vacation, we opted to remain in our rooms. Our experience was not a Great Hilton experience as claimed in your advertisement. …
It started off great… (read to the end) I had a nice check in experience. Franklin was very accommodating and Aaron was so helpful assisting me. Great gentlemen who actually care and listen, Hilton. 5 star service! They had an event going on at the hotel that was a lot of fun, I got to check it out. They had a hotel bar (restaurant was closed) While ordering food at the hotel bar I met a couple of interesting guys from the event because there was a long wait for food. The evening was fun. I had nice conversations. I liked my room at first. It was very cozy and spacious enough. It even has a nice size fridge to keep everything cool. The towels were nicely bright white and fluffy. Everything was clean and smelled good. Nothing old or damaged. It’s a nice hotel not far off the interstate. It’s close to a lot of shops and restaurants but you don’t hear any noise. It’s really close to the Orlando area. For anyone who doesn’t want to stay directly in the heat of everything, this would be a perfect hotel to stay at! Now….. It gets chilly at night and there is no heat at all. I know most people don’t turn on the heat but I’m used to Georgia Florida weather and I don’t like to be cold and it gets chilly. The water pressure is amazing but the water is lukewarm. Another thing about heat. I got to have hot water when I shower. So even though the water pressure was great I had to shower quickly and it was very uncomfortable. The water nozzles hard to turn on. I had to call for service. The gentleman was really nice. It took a couple moments of trying to get the lights to come on. They really need someone to show you how things work because it’s not like newer hotels. I cannot believe that housekeeping started way before their 9 AM shift. I had requested a late check out because I knew that Mother’s Day was gonna be rough for me because I had lost my mother and I had lost my brother two years ago from Covid and it was very emotional. I just wanted to be alone. I did not see or hear anyone on my floor at all from the day before, that night or that morning. I did experience housekeeping talking so loud and laughing talking to someone that I thought it was a guest next-door but it wasn’t. Once I heard the housekeeping walkie-talkies, that cannot be misunderstood, I knew it was just staff working. They were aware of me getting a late check out and the front desk even contacted them a few times and yet they still made horrible noises for 3 straight hours. They did not stop making noise until it was time for me to get up to get ready to leave. I walked outside a couple times and asked them to be quiet they were very rude and snobby.. they were very inconsiderate. Slamming doors vacuuming with a squealing vacuum. Talking over their little walkie-talkies. I have it on video. I contacted the front desk numerous times and all I got is that they told them and that it should be quiet. It wasn’t. They were very disrespectful they ruined my entire day and my experience there. I didn’t want to seem mean so instead of asking for a refund or anything like that, I just asked for half my points. I figured that was fair. I even offered that they could let me come back and stay another night sometime. I didn’t get any emails no notifications no one trying to apologize or saying no we can’t or anything. I had to reach out to the Hilton Honors desk to find out that they denied the request. They didn’t even bother to communicate with me. I think that’s very rude. So even though the front desk staff was very pleasant and the room was adequate it’s not worth my hard earned money or time and frustration to deal with this hotel. It’s not worth it… I could’ve paid less for a room that was newer without these issues. This property is not worth it. They will not get my business again, since they clearly do not care about me. I’ll spend my money, points, and shares - somewhere else.…
Had our annual rally with over 400 friends, great breakfast everyday by hotel. Very accommodating staff, took care of all requests promptly. Need a ADA room which was close to elevator, all worked good, very happy.
Stayed only one night but felt very welcome. GM Frank was awesome providing insight on the area and his front desk staff and his bar staff provided excellent service as well. Only negative is they have not reopened the executive lounge on the 7th floor other than that, the hotel is worth it.
