Room looks NOTHING like pictures online. I booked through Priceline thinking I was getting a nice room for the night. No flatscreen TV, ripped shower curtain, dirty shower head, bugs... the list can go on and on. At least the front desk staff were pleasant. Definitely not worth the $110 they charged me, and while I understand it’s under renovation stop FALSE advertising. The biggest disappointment is knowing what I know about fire systems and they have people in this part of the hotel with a fire system in trouble and alarm silenced.. missing fire extinguisher wasn’t the best either.

The lady at the front desk was very sweet and the rooms are clean and spacious. I also like the pool is huge. The hotel is under renovation but still a good choice to stay. I definitively recommend this hotel.

This place is awful, it wasn't marked at all but Google Maps directed me there OK. I checked in around 11:30 PM, and after a lot of confusion and uncertainty about the keys and which rooms were actually available, I got my room keys and directions to get to the room. I parked and there were several people hanging around outside smoking or just loitering, it looked a little shady. I got out my key to open the outside door, as there was a sign and place to do that, but a guy behind me said "you don't need your key boss, just pull the door open" so I did and it opened right up. The hallway was unassuming but you could tell it was under construction, I got to my door and tried my key and it wasn't working, so I tried the second one they gave me and that one worked, I opened the door and the first thing I see is a small dirty sock on the floor, there was a soiled bath towel on the bathroom floor, all of the lights were on, the bed was a mess and the couch cushions were not on straight. It looked like there had been a party in the room or something like that very recently. I suspect there is drug dealing/use going on in this hotel. I strongly encourage you to stay away from this place, it is the worst hotel I've ever seen, I did not feel comfortable staying there. I immediately turned around and took the keys back and asked for a refund. They did grant the refund and apologized. The pictures are definitely old, or are from a different location all together, it looks nothing like the photos on here.

My family and I have stayed here three times. The first time (March 2017) was great we stayed in an executive suite and there were no problems. The second time (May 2017) they never got my reservation even though I had the confirmation with me so it took over an hour to get it all sorted out. Once I got to my room the key card didn't even work and they blamed me telling me I must have put it against a phone.. I didn't. Finally got into the room and it looked like someone was still staying in there.. both beds were unmade and looked like they had wet stains all over the sheets. The toilet had been used and not flushed. Went to the front desk and told them I wasn't going to stay in that room and we got switched to another room. The second room was better but there were bugs. The third time (May 2019) staying there was the worst. We reserved there again because it was pet friendly and not far from we wanted to be but they gave us a 4th floor and you're not supposed to have dogs anywhere but 1st floor.. they let it slide since it was only for a night. When we parked the side of the building is all burnt up.. did not make me want to stay there. The elevator is directly behind the completely burnt up wall so the stairs were used to get up and down to the 4th floor. The room didn't look bad smelled a little musty but nothing too terrible. My daughter sat down on the pull out couch and fell straight through and got scratched up.. there were no springs attached to it so the mattress (that didn't have any sheets and looked stained and disgusting) just fell right through.. we put a cushion there to help stop her from going through again. The bathroom door didn't shut correctly so it popped open a couple times. We picked this hotel because we stayed before without much issue but we will not be coming back.
