Thank you for sharing your thoughts about your recent stay. I would be extremely frustrated if I checked in at night and the room was not clean or up to the proper standards. Having the roll-away bed's sheets in disrepair only adds to those frustrations and I am truly sorry that this was your first impression of our hotel. Your comments have been shared with all of our staff so we can be more thorough in our daily process so this does not happen to other guests. I am glad to hear that the staff responded and that the manager was able to rectify the situation for you, allowing you to have a more positive ending to your stay. We strive to provide an exceptional experience for all of our guests throughout all aspects and I want to apologize that we fell well short of that goal. Having to wait for an extended period of time for our shuttle or to have it leave without you is unacceptable. I have already begun to have conversations with my drivers and my front desk staff so we can discover the root issues and alleviate them moving forward. The culture guest house is how many miles from the airport in st kitts
The Westin is a two minute walk from the Denver terminal. The expense of the hotel was totally worth the convince. Westin is at the airport. My daughter and I needed to be cared for on that cross country trip and would do it again.

Is it possible to walk to,the hotel from Mile High Harley or will a taxicab be required?
Sorry for the delay in answering. Although walking is an option. A Uber would be cheaper than a taxi. I hope you found the right option that works best for you.

From the hotel to Downtown Denver is about 15 miles.

Is it possible to go downtown from the Hotel by public transportation?
There are a few options for transportation to Downtown Denver our guests use often. We have a light-rail station within 1 mile from the hotel and a bus stop within 1/2 mile which are the cheapest options. Our guests also use Lyft, Uber, and taxis for a quicker trip too. -Kevin Henry
