Ski holiday in aspen. Shuttle service was great. Room was average. Beds were not comfortable. Firewood was not good needed kindling. Nobody around before 7 am on a busy check out day. We had to leave at 630 am and had some problems

This was my second time to stay at The Gant and both stays have been great. The staff goes out of their way to to be friendly and helpful. The shuttle runs in town are frequent and always on call. Our condo unit was exceptionally well designed and decorated.

The Gant is very comfortable and the front desk staff and shuttle drivers are the best! The shuttle service was the biggest surprise to us - they will take you anywhere downtown and pick you up anywhere downtown. We never had to wait more than 5 minutes or so for pickup or dropoff! The only weak spot is the staff at Pepperjack's Cafe - lots of "managers" walking around doing nothing, and we always had to wait WAY too long to be served or even acknowledged.

The staff, especially the shuttle drivers were amazing. They were never more than 4 minutes away. We stayed with our son and his wife and the accomodations, Pepperjacks, staff all exceeded expectations.

The Gant was terrific, they had a Van that took you wherever you wanted to go,& also a phone call & they came & picked you up.The unit was fully equipped with cooking appliances,& a wood fire with plenty of wood provided.

The price vs the quality of the units is not ok I have stayed in other places that ore not as expensive and have the same service and type of units For that money you can sky in Europe or in other parts of the US or for that matter in the world

We were 2 families of a total of 8 people. 4 adults 4 underages. The experience was the best thing ever. Everyone was helpful! This place has a Shuttle service, which if you require it, you will not be waiting for more than just a few minutes. The breakfast at Pepperjacks Caffe is so good. The service. The place was sparkling clean. Our appartment was a 3b/3b, full equiped kitchen, beautiful view balcony. The beds were really good. You get to be in a "movies like" hotel. There is just not enough words to describe our experience. We will deffinetly be back.
