The Little Nell does not disappoint. Even during tough times in the travel industry, the staff at The Nell made my stay memorable and made me feel comfortable. You get what you pay for at this hotel. It’s a 5 star property through and through from the physical location at the base of Aspen Mountain to the teams that work the front desk, concierge, front drive and housekeeping. I feel completely welcome, made to feel like family, addressed by name and already looking forward to my next visit to hit the slopes in December.

Our annual fall trip to Aspen and love staying at the Little Nell. Initially a small mixup with the room we were given but Leah quickly fixed it and gave us a beautiful room with a great view and a special treat for us to have in our room. Connor was extremely helpful and friendly making sure we were settled in our room. We took our first Jeep trail ride and Keegan was our guide, he was awesome! So friendly and made the trip perfect for both my husband and me. He spoke so highly of The Little Nell. Housekeeping, valet service, check in service, all gear. We also discovered how much we like room service with Covid concerns and safety. We had two breakfasts and a dinner via room service and it was great. We could enjoy our meal in the leisure of room while looking at a beautiful view. Kudos also to Aspen, the area and citizens take the Covid issue seriously but still make it so we can enjoy our time there.

After much research, I decided to spend my 40th birthday at The Little Nell. Everyone at the Little Nell provided unbelievable customer service. We were greeted at the airport and easily transported to the hotel. Upon arrival, the front desk staff made every effort to make sure we had the ideal room. The room was very comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed viewing the beautiful yellow Aspen trees from our mountain side room. The hotel made a special, surprise delivery of deserts for my birthday on my first day! The concierge staff did a tremendous job planning our dinner reservations. We asked to do the Maroon Bells tour... which was full... but Joe from the concierge desk recommended we rent ebikes to do the tour. It was one of our most favorite travel experiences. Our return flight was delayed, but the front desk staff accommodated us very well. Overall, this was one of my favorite hotel experiences. The location is perfect... but the staff is what makes this place special.

I was so looking forward to staying at The Little Nell based on all the glowing reviews and accolades ... however, it definitely didn't live up to expectations. Don't get me wrong, it was a nice hotel; but nothing special. The rooms were dated, the hotel was huge (so not quaint), check-in was a disaster as they had me confused with another person with the same last name & we couldn't sleep with the AC on as so loud. To be honest, I'd call this a slightly nicer holiday inn, but at a much higher price point.

Visited The Little Nell in August. Felt incredibly safe at the hotel with social distancing respected. Our flight was late coming in from Denver and they made sure that we were able to have dinner at Ajax Restaurant The room itself is beautiful,so relaxing. Breakfast in the hotel restaurant was perfect. We did a fly fishing trip with the hotel with Jason as our guide. He was fantastic. The hotel also have Audi E-Tron's to try out. We took one to the ghost town of Ashcroft outside Aspen which was a lot of fun, Twice daily housekeeping was amazing during the pandemic. The free snacks at the mini-bar is a great perk. Can't wait to go back.
