The Hyatt Grand Aspen is a Residential property that also rents rooms as a typical hotel would. Keep in mind that as we are not a typical hotel some services are not provided such as room service, or a spa. What is provided is a first class property with beautifully appointed, immaculate rooms in a relaxed, home-like setting.

The facility and the rooms were the nicest we have ever experienced. The free ride from/to the airport was very helpful, daily ski storage was super convenient, the free breakfast was just right, the easy walk to so many restaurants was great, as was proximity to the central bus

Thank you for the wonderful review - sorry for the minor concerns, easily "fixed". I wish we could take credit for the snow, but you're correct this years snow could not be better. Thank you again,

Thank you for the very nice review. I can understand what you're saying about a spa and formal food service. As we are not a "typical" hotel the property was not built with these services. Thankfully the town has several great restaurants and spas and our concierges are more than happy to assist with booking these services. Glad to read that the staff performed as expected. Thanks again.

We just enjoyed 7 nights in a 2nd floor studio. As others mention, these studios are tiny... but we knew this beforehand. They are fitted with a small bar fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and crockery and cutlery for 2 people, and a sink. Upon arrival, our studio didn’t even

Thank you for the review. Glad to read that there were many positives to your stay. Pleased to read that you had some idea as to the size of our studios. We will work on those areas that were "not so good" thankfully most are easily rectified. Thanks again.

is this ski in ski out?
Most would consider it "ski in - ski out". Aspen mountains gondola is a short walk from the property but there is that short walk.

Congratulations!!!! As we are not a typical Hyatt Hotel we don't have what some would consider a typical honeymoon suite. I think our rooms are much nicer. If you decide to stay with us call me directly and I'll ensure you get someone very nice. As far as things to do in Aspen...there is always something to do, what you do will depend on the time of the year you come to visit. I don't think you'll be disappointed - Aspen has something for everyone, great restaurants, the arts, shopping, and of course, the area alone is worth the visit. Feel free to call me; even if you don't stay with us I'll be happy to give you some advice on activities. Again, congratulations and best of luck!!! Vic G.

Glad you're considering staying with us. Along with Ruggest Fest, which starts on Thursday the 17th and goes to the 20th, there is also a Hot Air Balloon Festival from the 18th to the 20th. Also, in Snowmass, a town about 30 minutes away from Aspen, there will be a Wine Festival and an Exotic Sports Festival which is on the 18th. Hope this helps - should be a great time to be here if the weather cooperates. Vic G.
