We were actually going to stay at another hotel, but we ate lunch at the Country Kitchen that is attached and thought it looked nice and booked a room. The rooms are very reasonably priced for a family on a budget, and there is a great indoor water park attached. We found our room to be very comfortable with a... More

There are definitely some bad reviews on here about this place. I was originally reluctant to stay after reading some of them actually. Here's what ended up happening: we arrived around 5pm that evening and the rooms were not ready- due to some housekeepers who cut out on them! There was some issues with getting a room which took about... More

Well--all the other reviews on this hotel are accurate. I will start with the good. It was a huge room for the price. We got the suite and it was well sized with a pull out couch and a roll away. The TV's were large. The shower had good pressure and was hot. It was quiet, even with 80 high... More

First, we got a very attractive rate--maybe that should have been our first clue. Secondly, upon entering, the reception area was very large and looked very nice; a large area for people to just sit and visit, games for kids, a restaurant off to one side. Then came check-in. The two clerks on duty were not particularly cordial. Then came... More

My son was scraped by a thin metal wire woven into the bedding. I addressed this concern with the front desk, unfortunately he was unsympathetic. The table and carpet had sticky spots! The windowsill had dirt scattered all over! Just gross. The breakfast was extremely small, only offering coffee or juice then a choice of small box of cereal, danish... More

This was probably the worse place I have ever stayed. The mattress was so bad we had to place a pillow under the mattress to even out the sag in the middle so we could sleep. One of the 3 freee breakfasts was half way healthy with fruit, but they were out of fruit. Bed lamp did not work. Hot... More

I have stayed here for years prior to Roadway taking over and was great, but now I will NEVER stay here again. Started with can't check on because the rooms are not ready. Come back after 3. Rude guy at the desk. When we finally got in our rooms they were filthy, desk, nightstands and counter tops not even wiped... More

We arrived expecting a non smoking room. Heavy smell of smoke. Asked to change rooms. Rude manager said go somewhere else! I washed our bedding myself. Window wouldn't open. Pool was green. staircases and hallways were filthy with stains and spills. Homeless people or questionable people hiding and sleeping in the corner of the laundry room. No security or anyone... We went for one night. It was acceptable. We checked in and went out for the rest of the day. We came back and watched some TV and went to sleep. We got up the next morning and left. We were told a continental, it was a muffin or bowl of cereal. We were told a manager get together for... More

My husband and I stayed here 1 night. First off the girls working the desk were more concerned about smoking outside than checking us in. Very hard to park due to a party at the hotel. The room was clean enough but no phone , no remote for the tv, no hair dryer - an ironing board , but no... More
