I found the perfect getaway spot for the family. Beautiful hotel. Wonderful staff [knows how to meet customer needs and makes everything feel like home]! Free coffee/pastries/pie/ice cream. Say no more. Will be back as soon as I find the time. Check this place out, Angelenos! I know you won't regret it. P.S. Thank you for the stay, Evan! Loved the Avila Experience Suites.

A friend recommended Avila Beach for a trip away. I left it last minute for booking accommodation and found the Inn at Avila Beach on the net. I am so glad I did!! What an absolutely awesome place...where do I start? Family owned and full of wonderful surprises... extra amenities at no cost (No nickel and diming for every little thing)! Amazing breakfast included on rooftop lookout cafe with such a beautiful view (we saw dolphins and whales), bottled waters as needed, walking distance to the beach with complimentary beach towels, beach chairs and toys, bikes, and yummy homemade local pie every night! Our room was perfect, comfy and cozy and the decor was so cute. Everyone was so wonderful and friendly, it was like a place away from home and I can’t wait to make it a yearly vaca! Thanks Inn at Avila Beach, you are a true gem!

We stayed at the Inn, and thoroughly enjoyed our first two nights, and booked a third. It's a well-loved family business, quite friendly and helpful. The rooms are a bit quirky in a good way, and they are are extremely clean. The management and workers take the current COVID-related hygiene and distancing recommendations very seriously, which we really appreciate. It's right across the street to the beach. The rooftop deck has many different places to sit and relax and has a great view of the beach. There are excellent morning coffee drinks and great croissants, rolls and fruit. There is evening pie, really good pie, and ice cream, who does that?! We will go back.

Response from Evan Kidd, General Manager at Inn at Avila Beach

GlobeTrotting312538, This is amazing. To recognize so many things in a post is extremely appreciated. 3rd nights the charm, right? Covid has put a damper on a lot of us and certainly the Inn has had to change it's mannerisms, as the owner describes us, we are a "hug twice" hotel. Welcoming when you arrive and upon departure. The pie is dangerous. My waistline will attest for that these days. I hope you have a great final 2 months of the year. It's almost over! Be safe, Evan Hotel Manager
