Beautifully decor, emaculately maintained, friendly and helpful staff, the perfect amenities, great location. What more could one want in an inn? We did the weekday package which is a GREAT value. The staff gave us a Birthday card and bottle of champagne, plus they served breakfast in our room in the morning, and wine and cheese in the late afternoon. For the price, this is not only a CHARMING hotel, but the best deal in Avalon.

The Snug Harbor Team did everything they could think of to provide us with a comfortable, relaxing, and nourishing experience. The room was a 'snug' fit, but well appointed for relaxation. The team prepared a WONDERFUL fresh breakfast every morning consisting of fresh baked bread, fruit, granola, coffee and juice. . . and in addition . . . they also served up a charming HAPPY HOUR tray complete with wine, cheese, crackers, and fresh fruit. YES. We are foodies and the food that was prepared for us by Snug Harbor was the freshest on the island. The only downside to our stay was that we quickly learned that the shops and restaurants shut down promptly at 5:00pm, if they opened at all. Restaurants appeared to independently elect whether to remain open for service that evening when no cruise ships were in the harbor. This made trying to find anything to do after hours or even a place for dinner very limiting. …

This place is absolutely a treat. We had such a fine rest there. Beds- amazing. Room, cute and sunny, very quaint and felt comfortable but also really special. Breakfast- beyond any expectations I could ever have. The staff were like... the customer service all stars you only hear about. They were so kind, so thoughtful, completely friendly and absolutely made the trip amazing. The building itself is so charming and old fashioned but impeccably kept up. We had the Santa Barbara room, and a nice view of the little square and the bay itself. Really felt like we were in italy honestly. Just the vacation we needed. Just the amount of upscale to make us feel really special. And yet accessible enough I didn't feel weird bringing my Vons grocery bag of snacks into the hotel. I would most highly recommend and also really want to go back. Thanks to Valentina, and a wonderful cast of staff whose names I cannot recall but TRULY appreciate.…

Our first time on Catalina. Loved the location and view right on bay. The public facing staff was awesome. It was quiet during our stay, but there were earplugs on the nightstands, so maybe during busier times it's not? We think we may have been the only guests in the inn. Location was great for walking around. We were in Santa Catalina room. It's starting to show some wear and tear and may be due for an update. Wifi was strong. Toilet handle had to be jiggled after a flush or it would keep running. Only other bummer was that housekeeping threw out my wife's expensive personal soaps that looked nothing like the hotel provided soaps. Also threw out the hotel provided shampoo, conditioner, and body wash that were still 3/4 full, found that odd and kind of wasteful.

Close to the harbor and restaurants, easy walking to everywhere, great spot for a mini break over Thanksgiving. Very clear and tastefully decorated. Would stay here again. Enjoyed a three-night stay. Cost and staff very nice. Small and inviting!

This quaint 6 room inn was located close to everything and had all the amenities we could have asked for. We enjoyed the appetizers and wine in the afternoons and breakfast brought to our room the morning. They even accommodated my request for non-dairy milk. The room was comfortable, but cozy, clean and nicely decorated. We were there in the off season so it was fairly quiet except for the club across the street which was busy late one night. We would highly recommend this beautiful inn and their great attention to details and hospitality!

Awesome hotel, awesome service. Kellie greeted us and made us feel SO WELCOME. They give wine and charcuterie board in evening and the breakfast is great in a basket. Kellie was so sweet and really made out stay wonderful! We had the Santa Barbara suite - small room but everything else great, with view and jacuzzi tub!

My husband and I took our first trip to Catalina and couldn’t be happier with our choice to stay at Snugg Harbor. It was wonderful! Very kind staff, perfect location, beautiful bedrooms. The complimentary wine and cheese in the evening was an added plus. They brought freshly prepared breakfast each morning. Overall, 5 star experience. We loved it!

We just stayed 2 nights here and would highly recommend to anyone visiting Catalina. The room was gorgeous, clean, bed was super comfortable. Great location right in the middle of everything there is to do in Avalon. The service is what really stood out to us here. They made us feel like family! Breakfast brought to your room every morning and afternoon wine & cheese board. We will be back for sure!

Such an amazing place to stay in Catalina. We felt like royalty with all of the amenities. It was nice being in a more secluded area with less rooms to have people walking by your door at random hours. The breakfast and the hour derves were delicious. It was so nice having everything brought to our room. All of the staff were very friendly and nice. My husband and I would definitely stay here again.
