We came on a cold rainy day/night.. Not the best for touring Catalina. That being Said, the Inn was lovely and cozy. Kathleen the owner was wonderful and took great care of us. We were upgraded to the king room and had lovely wine and cheese at night and an amazing breakfast in the morning. Great location and overall we...

All the important things about the facility were perfect. The extra benefit was the historical education I received. The owner was a 4th generation resident who enjoys her home and enjoys her guests. When I arrived the owner was there with a tour of the house which her family has owned for almost 40 year. Her mother had run the...

This is a bed and breakfast located just a block from the stores and dock (if you arrive by Catalina Express), built in 1927 so it blends with the rest of the buildings on the island. Our host Kathleen was excellent and made sure our visit was a memorable one. She shared many wonderful stories about the Inn and Catalina...

Roger and Kathleen were excellent hosts. They know the island well and offered many helpful suggestions. The accommodations were comfortable, and we really enjoyed meeting the other guests during the wine and appetizer hour each afternoon. Altogether, we had a very good experience at The Old Turner Inn. We look forward to returning to Catalina and The Old Turner Inn....

Kathleen rocks!! Felt like family the moment we stepped in the front door. She hooked our family up with Catalina transportation for a 2.5 hour private jeep tour of the island. Fabulous time! She had snacks in the late afternoon and that was nice. Our king room was a free upgrade and the room was comfy and quiet. The bed...

Kathleen and her brother Roger are wonderful hosts who are eager to share their knowledge and answer any questions you may have about Avalon and Catalina. The rooms are clean and well...

We traveled with 3 couples to Catalina and chose the Turner Inn as one couple stayed there before. The location is perfect. Just two block walk from the water/restaurants. Our host Gina was great. Her friend Karen was visiting and pitching in and between the two of them, they were so friendly, fun, enthusiastic and added much hospitality to our...

Great place to stay, meet people, and learn a little about the island. Our room was one of only a couple that have a window AC but we only really needed it when we first got there. Once you open the windows, the cool breeze keeps the room pretty comfortable. We booked with Kathleen and she was SUPER nice and...

I stayed in this lovely B & B with several friends from college--a mini-reunion. The rooms were attractive and comfortable, the location was central and convenient. Our host, Kathleen, provided lots of good advice and island history, and the breakfasts were delicious, nourishing and abundant. In addition, we were provided appetizers and wine in the late afternoon. A wonderful stay!

Stayed the weekend at the Old Turner Inn recently taking a quick break from work and instead of going back home to Chicago. Very cute, quaint BnB. Great service and hospitality, delicious and fresh homemade brunch each morning, and right near all the action. Good deal, and nice weekend. Would recommend for someone looking to do a BnB on the...
