Booked a 3 day stay at this park. The public/private road leading to KOA road is full of huge potholes. We had to crawl along and wait for other traffic to clear so that we could avoid grounding the front of the RV. Nice registration area and had no problems getting registered. Had to drop the tow car to get...

This park is in a beautiful, mature location. We had a space next to a large expanse of grass bordering the creek. However, there are a large number of permanent residents. We have a 29 ft. class A, pulling a box trailer and had to unhitch that at another location within the park. The space was a back-in as there...

We were coming through town and needed a place. They were very nice to accommodate us for fewer than 2 nights on a weekend as advertised online. However, though the office looked very nice, the spots were very small with no amenities. The bathrooms were disgusting. They were run down and smelled. For $52/night it was highway robbery....literally!

We are full-time RVers with a 34 foot motorhome and a 15 foot car trailer. For sure we got a premium spot but the amenities make this place hard to beat even in a lesser location. We stayed 3 months -- leaving at the end of this month and have make good friends - including the management staff. The managers...

I rented a space for 6 days and my motorhome broke down the day we were leaving. Week later and still waiting for parts. I know because of the short notice that I would not receive a refund for at least part of the time. Later found out notice is 7days. So manager said no refund unless spot gets rented....

Keep going down the road, if you can. We had planned on staying in Truckee, but because of a nearby fire, Truckee was just so smoky we decided to go on. Auburn rv was the next closest so we were happy to stop there. That was the end of our happiness. First off, we walked in to find the desk...

Great staff! The manager is very friendly and if you catch him in the fruit Grove he will share some of the most delicious white nectarines I have ever had. The pool, bbq area, and restrooms were very clean.

We made reservations online where a phone number was required but after spending the next day driving to this place we found that they were under construction. The new manager was nice at first but after getting our signature and assigning us our spot he true colors surfaced once we went down to our spot and found open trenches with...

We (full timers) paid for # 8, a premium spot, for one month. When we had a personal issue come up that required us to leave, we spoke with Lenny were told there are “no refunds”. We told him okay, that we understood, but that we might return to use the last of the month of our contracted/unused days on...

They have made some very nice improvements in the last few years. This is a medium size RV park with an area for tents and a few cabins. Most of the sites are paved pull through sites with full hookups. They also have some overflow with back in sites that have power and water. Green grass, pretty sites and friendly...
