Room was clean and has been recently renovated with nice amenities like new granite shower and fresh paint. Housekeeping staff was friendly and helpful. We were thankful for nice, quiet neighbors even though the hotel was fairly full. Freeway noise was not a problem as we stayed in the building farthest from it, however, we were told that the other...

Average property that needs repair. If on the ground floor you may get some noisy neighbors above you as we did on our last night of our 4-day stay. Rugs are kind of dirty. The location is very good. The bathroom sink plumbing is noisy.

We have stayed here several times. I suppose because of what you get for the price. You can run up to Cambria and Cayucos for the day. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The A/C runs quite. Motel is next to the freeway, kind of noisy. WiFi worked great.

We stayed here over the summer. I have stayed here numerous times in the past and I am always happy with cleanliness and location. Breakfast is nothing fancy but it can fill you up. Quiet neighborhood of houses around it. Just across the freeway from shopping and food.

Arrived and had no parking. Found the room and the key didn't work. After key was reprogrammed I was able to open the door and was welcomed by an odor from smokers. Asked manager and was told all rooms are nonsmoking. No idea what the odor was except bad. One bed was made up but the second bed had pillows...

When my partner's band plays in Pismo, we always stay here....its away from the downtown Pismo madness that we don't like, close enough to everything, large room, large balcony/patio and great location! We ❤ it here!
