We frequently visit the "Central Coast" and have enjoyed staying in Arroyo Grande at the Agrarian due to its location to the downtown walking area. Restaurants and shopping are close by. This is one of the better Best Westerns we have stayed in throughout the years and miles we have traveled (across Canada and the US). It' has all the basic necessities and has always been very clean!
This was our second trip out after Covid restrictions were lifted in California. Our first trip was disappointing so I expected little at this stay. I was SO Wrong, staff was nice/helpful, room was nice and quiet even though there was a yippy little mutt next door. After we closed the balcony door there was no more noise, good insulation. I realize people love their pets but they are usually a pain in the posterior for everybody else!!!. Not overly thrilled about the breakfast supplied but I guess it will take a bit of time to get back to normal. In general, we loved the place and would return.
The staff at this establishment is absolutely perfect. Amazing a godsend.!!! reason being for a trip was to get my father a nano knee so me, my girlfriend and my father rented two rooms, from the front of the house to the back of the house. This place was is a well oiled machine Rosa Sean, the nice lady at the snack and wine bar the night crew. I literally touch base with everyone on the Hotel Staff ,is a well oiled machine Rosa Sean, the nice lady at the snack and wine bar the night crew. I literally touch base with everyone on your staff know they’re always a step. They were always one step ahead of me. They were always one step ahead of me , I know I’m forgetting a couple of names, but everybody was amazing. The grounds are beautifully manicured breakfast was.beyond good , we had to switch rooms to downstairs because my father to barely walk after his surgery I’m gonna leave this last note this is the place to be this is the perfect location nestled in the city of Arroyo grande you’re gonna want to book yourself a couple nights there I sat and spa I warmed up in front of the fire. God bless these people.…
It’s clean very friendly and helpful staff and worth the money. I’m definitely going to be back even the manager went out of his way many times because of my injuries to offer me anything I needed to just call .
We have stayed here many times and are always extremely happy with everything about this hotel. The breakfast is what you would expect, nothing fancy but when it's free you can't really ask for much more. We sometimes go to Old West Cinnamon Rolls and bring them back for a nice treat. The rooms are always clean and even smell clean and not from a room spray!!! Stay here , you will be happy you did. And by the way, the suites are really nice too!!!!
This hotel has some of the best front desk team members I have ever encountered. Airick , for example, is probably one of the most friendly and helpful people we have ever met. This place is a great area, right next to several small businesses definitely somewhere worth checking out. The hotel itself is super clean well managed and well taken care of. They have a great social hour and lounge area that is definitely worth taking advantage of. No major complaints definitely worth the stay.
I loved this location! Great hotel, great workers , loved the breakfast and room. The bed was amazing and was so comfortable and so was the blankets and pillows. We slept so comfortably. It was Like sleeping on a cloud. Great trip over all. We loved the pool and hot tub as well. The view and location was perfect. Room was so clean.
While on my way from the Central Valley to LA, there was a storm that made visibility much worse after dark. Fortunately, as I was heading to the 101, I spotted the Agrarian and they had a couple of rooms available at a reasonable price. My room was spacious, very clean and the bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly and the location is ideal for walking to local places to eat or have a drink. Though my stay wasn't planned, I would definitely stay here another time as the location is also close to Pismo Beach where there are many options for fun activities. I was able to get some rest before heading out for the rest of my trip well rested. They also serve breakfast, but I chose to go to the Village Café, which was one of the recommendations provided by the hotel (and a great one). …
Everyone was extremely friendly. Although I was tired from the drive, when I checked in, Rosa was upbeat and friendly in an energizing way. It was the end of happy hour, but Nancy still poured me a glass. They were not just courteous but friendly to everyone. Top notch hostesses. Hotel rooms that look nice online often are much simpler in person. Rooms at the Agrarian do not disappoint. A balcony or patio with a glass door letting in ample natural light for every room. Pets are not just allowed but seemed welcome, and still common areas and guest rooms were clean - dogs were not marking territories. The location is an easy walk to food, shops and the freeway. Overall, a great experience and I look forward to my next stay there.
This property is walking distance to downtown restaurants and shops. The folks are very friendly, facilities are very clean. The wine tasting in the evening is from local wineries and good quality wines. I was visiting friends so was only here 1 night but would definitely stay here again. The rooms are very clean and quiet.
