At approximately 4 PM, a security guard unlocked the door and attempted to enter my room. After some unintelligible communication through the door, I opened the door. He said "this was a welfare check" because the "Do Not Disturb" sign was on the door for more than 24 hours. I certainly understand the spirit and intent. As I spoke with the head of security, I proceeded to indicate multiple flaws: 1. It wasn't 24 hours. 2. If it's a welfare check, why wasn't the communication through the door good enough? 3. Why didn't they call 4. Why was I not informed of the policy at the front desk? 5. Why even have a "do not disturb sign?" When I spoke with the head of security, he said that other customers have also been upset and they try to explain the policy. Obviously, there is a procedural error, why not change it? Why not call? "They need to visually see the customer." How long does the placard need to be off the door, he didn't know because they don't monitor each door. I asked him, how could I stop maid service and not have a "welfare check" he didn't know. I asked him I could go to the front desk every day, he said that wouldn't work. We now came up with a process in which I need to call security between the hours of 3 and 5 every day and check-in or they might come into the room. At the prices, they charge and being a full-service Hotel, why can't they call the room or leave a message to call security or slip a note under the door to contact the desk within 24 hours. Hotel's Favorite
We stayed here due to wanted to visit Disney and surrounding areas. The walk from the hotel to Disney approx 10 mins, didnt take long at all. Hotel is huge, due to my step son having asthma we had to upgrade room to have an open window/patio, which did add a big amount of €280, so if your staying please check as only a few rooms have open windows/patios. They do have heating an aircon which works great. We used the Disney desk inside hotel to buy our 1 day 2 park hopper tickets. Theres a tea/coffee making machine so I went out an got milk an tea bags so I could have a nice cuppa every morning, I did go out an buy a mug as they only have the coffee shop paper cup type things. The also have a fridge too which is good. All in all a good hotel.

Beautiful hotel very comfortable beds and the staff were all friendly I am a Hilton member and they took the time to thank me for being a Hilton honors member. We were there for Vidcon and the staff did a great job with security

There was a used condom in our room next to the bed. Absolutely disgusting! The manager seemed annoyed when her had to talk to me and said “he can’t change it so what would I like him to do” definitely no what he should have said.

The room was very dated but clean. The bed was firmer than what I prefer. They triple sheet their bed, thumbs up. The staff is really friendly and super helpful. Check in is very confusing and I would suggest all guest use the valet parking.
