The hotel itself was adequate. Nothing great, nothing bad. However, a rather unpleasant run in with rude front desk staff made the experience rather less pleasant. We stayed here during the Disneyland half marathon. We knew about the race, but we were unaware that the race meant we would be trapped inside the hotel until checkout at 11:00 am. We...

We stayed for 2 nights at Desert Palms and loved our stay. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Room was spacious and clean. Buffet breakfast was on the 5th floor and the best part is the walking distance to Disneyland. The hotel offers free wifi and free onsite parking. They have kids activities on some days and a small pool/Jacuzzi...

We stayed here only one night and then to Disneyland the next day & it was an AMAZING VALUE! The beds were comfortable, linen clean, counters & bathroom were spotless and an undisturbed quiet night. The free breakfast buffet was a great way to start our busy day. I can't say enough kind words on the staff. I have recommended...

I was pleasantly surprised how much I liked this hotel! It has been a very long time since visiting Disneyland, and remembered that the hotels surrounding the park ( yes, there was only one back in the day) were mediocre at best. Upon arrival, the hotel felt like a resort property, with a lovely lobby, workout room, pool, on site restaurant...

We stayed at the Desert Palms for our annual winter trip to Disneyland. This was our first experience with this hotel and we were quite pleased. The room was clean and very modern. Shortly after we checked in, we had a maintenance person come in and fix a burnt out bulb. We didn't even have a chance to tell the...

I stayed here 9 nights with my family. The hotel was clean and quiet. Only time we heard anyone was if they were in the hallway by our door being loud. The pool was great for the kids to blow of steam or to soak in after a long day at the park. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast...

The Desert Palms was a good place for our family vacation to Disneyland. We really liked the big rooms, the free breakfast buffet and the friendly staff. Our only complaint was the slow service when we complaint about a beeping sound coming from the AC. The sound started at 5:00 am and it was not fixed until 8:30 am. This...

Checked in with Jennifer "Supervisor" was given room keys. Once in room got a RUDE call from her saying my card was declined and I needed to come to front desk to use a different card. I assumed it was a fraud alert placed on my card so I immediately called my bank while on the line with the bank...
