I had booked a two bedroom suite with kitchen two months prior and also called ahead then for a high-up room--a room with a view is what they promised on the phone. Upon arrival, they told us they "did the best they could". Our view was a wall. Our room also did not include the kitchen that the website advertised at the time of booking--not the same website advertisement two months later, which was misleading. Our room was half the size expected with no view. the only decent part was the breakfast. the housekeeping came in for dirty towels but didn't make the beds or tidy up anything. the front staff was not accommodating when these issues were brought up and blew it off like there was nothing they could do. NEVER COME HERE. don't waste your money here.

9/27/2021- 9.30-2021 check out time was 11:00AM Stayed in room 118 it was a small room with not many TV channels, back window had a parking lot so one can hear all that came in and out them going along with the excited kids coming out of the cars. Toilet was way too low for the Handicap to get back up after taking care of body function. No Bidet on the toilet to wash off with. No round table in the room to sit with family around, Was next to a 711 store so it seem to attract the homeless and made it feel unsafe to walk around with family. The food was good and the people that working in a cafe' helped a lot. Not many channels on TV to watch Loud sounds of walking in the room above when one tries to sleep, and you even hear the pipes when they take a show. The pool was wounder to have. Nice distance to walk to Disney if one felt safe too. At night homeless come out to hang around the 711 store and go underneath the bus stop! The staff seems friendly and helpful.

Our stay with Desert Palms was wonderful. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The staff is so helpful and friendly. The entire property is very clean and attractive. The breakfast is good too. There are conference rooms for business. They have elevators so you do not have to climb stairs with your luggage and they have luggage carriers wheel your luggage to your room. I just enjoy staying here.

Very convenience hotel, just a 10 minutes walk from disneyland, very clean, confortable and with a good service! And they have very good prices. They also have a pool and a jacuzzi that you enjoy after a exausting day in the parks.

I booked ahead of time after ensuring I could have an early check in for a business call. However, upon arrival, front desk had no record of that even though I gave them my card info over the phone... Thankfully the room was available early BUT $30 to check in early. That seems rather unethical when the room is available. I understand if it had been held they might need to charge, but they made it clear they had no idea I was coming early... I had to upgrade the internet ($7) to make a basic video call. Parking is $18. There is tax and then an additional Anaheim tax and ultimately all the additional charges doubled the price of the room. Breakfast was great and rooms comfy! Just disappointed by the value. Only booked with them because they could guarantee the early check in. Which ultimately proved not to be true and I just lucked out. I got the feeling the lady at the front would have just shrugged if the room hadn't bee available.
