After reading many rave reviews we booked Candy Cane Inn for our family vacation. This was a special trip. Our son's Middle School Band was participating in Music in the Parks-a program where school kids play in the park and compete with other schools. Many Band Parents stayed at this hotel. The room we booked was a Deluxe-supposed to be...

Thank you for taking time to give us valuable feedback regarding your stay. Pillows are one of those personal items that are hard to satisfy all travelers. During our recent renovations we sampled various pillow types and purchased the one with favorable results. We continually strive to improve service and listen to our guest's comments and make necessary changes. Our...

We were unable to get into another hotel that we had booked for 4 of our 5 nights in Anaheim. My husband and I were celebrating a mile-stone birthday and wanted somewhere very nice to stay - we booked the Doubletree suites. These are 2 different and equally suitable properties. For families, groups and those with vehicles, the Candy Cane...

We were very satisfied with our stay at the Candy Cane Inn. We were originally going to stay on the property as we have always done in the past, but decided to go with Candy Cane Inn based on the reviews and location. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. We ran into trouble and our flight was canceled on...

As a Disneyland Annual Passholder, I have stayed in MANY hotels in the area, from posh to downright lousy. My lodging of choice, when available, is the Candy Cane Inn. I have stayed there 7-10 times, and my stays have always been exemplary. The property is well maintained and charming, the rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, furniture and bedding...

My family (parents and young adults) stayed in the Inn during the Natural Products Expo, but was so surprised with the courtesy and convenience that a once business trip turned out to be one of the best family vacations we ever had. We thought because it had been around since the beginning of Disney that the decor and service would...

Thank you for staying with us during the Natural Products Expo. Our proximity to the Convention Center as well as Disney is something that many do not realize. We do pride ourselves on the condition and ambiance of the property. The original Candy Cane Inn was established in 1957 and we are ever changing to meet and exceed our guest's...

HERE'S WHAT I DON'T LIKE ABOUT THE CANDY CANE INN: Um... Um..., I can't think of anything. I found nothing lacking in great accommodations and excellent service. HERE IS WHAT I ESPECIALLY LIKED: THE FOLKS The great, friendly staff, every single member, just can't be beat. Even the other guests staying at the Inn where good sorts. This makes sense...

Ladies and Gentlemen, you may not believe this but I have never met this gentleman. What he did say about speaking with me is correct and being a seasoned and concerned hotelier, I listened. I worked to get him a room at a more comparable rate as he was a loyal guest and wanted to stay again. To be honest...

We stayed at the Candy Cane Inn the night before leaving California. We had a mid-day flight and did not have a working alarm clock in our room, nor did we get our wake up call. Otherwise the room was clean, in a nice area, and was fine for what we needed.
