I wasn't expecting a lot when we made this reservation. We had wanted the Disneyland Hotel, but we also knew we wanted Concierge Level service and it wasn't available at the Disneyland Hotel, so we settled for the Paradise Pier. And I was left very happy and can see myself coming back next time we visit. The staff were very...

This was the first Disney hotel that I ever stayed at and it was a really great experience. We stayed in a Club level Cabana room, something I would suggest if you want to enjoy a pool level room with access to the Club room (more below). The Cabana room features a walk-out "balcony" that's really just a deck because...

This is my Hotel of choice when I stay at Disneyland, only because it's the most affordable of the (3) Disney property Hotels. It wouldn't be my first choice for luxury and amenities, but due to the high price of the other two Hotels on the Disney property, this is the best value (if you call $256/night a good value...

Great location within the resort and a short stroll to both parks...Our 4 day stay was very pleasant..We got upgraded to a room with a view of the California Adventure Park which was totally unexpected..! The room was very clean and had all necessary amenities. The only negative was we weren't impressed with room service (very expensive for the quality...

Let's start with the bad since the list is so short- Water pressure was really low, so it took forever to shower, and our shower head leaked all over the bathroom floor. $15 a day to park, even though with my premium pass, I can park for free at the park. Mattress was a wee bit too firm. Wifi access...

Great location, short walk to the theme parks and downtown Disney. The Disney staff could not have treated us better :) We had a great view of California Adventure and the World of Color water show every night.

I would recommend staying at this place because of the location and price. Only across the street from Disneyland and you cut through the Grand California in the morning. The room was clean and had a nice beach motif, try to get a room on a higher floor and facing the park and you can see into Disney’s California and...

Had a one night stay on our trip back to New Zealand. We had a view room on the 14th floor which looked out over California Adventure Park so we could see the World of Color display. The room was very spacious and our daughter loved the different themed lights etc. The heated pool and spa pool were great and...

Just got back from 3 days at Disneyland/CA Adventure. It was our first time booking our stay at a Disney hotel and I will do it again when we visit in the future! Loved the theme of the hotel, the pool and water slide was perfect for my 9 yr old. Book a room with a park view for sure...

We spent 4 nights here with family to celebrate our two grandsons 4th and 2nd birthdays, the hotel of course is in a perfect spot for exploring Disneyland and California adventure, the staff are super friendly and they made a fuss over the kids for their birthdays, 2 treasure chest cakes and baloons in the room when we got back...
