My family of seven recently spent two nights at this hotel and we were extremely pleased. We stayed in a king suite room, which included a king bed, bunk bed with trundle, and pull-out sofa in the living room. While the pull-out mattress was not very comfortable (I have yet to find one that really is), the rest of the beds were extremely comfortable. We loved having the two showers in the bathroom, such a great design. The breakfast was great, employees were friendly, and we can’t wait to return and hopefully use the water park next time!
The front desk has no supervisors as soon as I enter the lobby the girl that assist me not even smile at me or spoke well. The hotel is very good but the attention received from this girl is awful. We make a request more than 3 months before to get a room with park view and se just say, there's none. Again not even a smile or good rapport.
I don’t understand all the bad reviews. We stayed 5 nights at Cambria Anaheim. Check in was quick and smooth. All staff members were helpful and kind. Staff work hard to keep grounds clean. Housekeeping is done every 4th day, but if you need anything they will bring it to your room. Our family loved the pool and hot tub. We took Ubers to and from Disneyland everyday. We had a wonderful stay and would stay here again. Thank you Cambria!!
Most of the stay was pleasant, the room was clean and comfortable, my friend really enjoyed the breakfast options. The pool was very busy, so we didn’t use, but that was fine as we were pretty busy already. The water pressure in the shower was non-existent, and the hairdryer was broken (although replaced when we left them know). On the day of check out I accidentally left behind a pair of expensive jeans, we were at Disney all day - and driving to West Hollywood in the evening - so I didn’t realise until we got to the car and were about to start our journey. We immediately called the hotel and drove back there. They claimed they were not found and would let me know if they turned up… As someone who previously worked at a hotel as a housekeeper (and anyone with common sense would know) you don’t just simply not find an item that was left behind. Clearly someone at the hotel took them for themselves. The person I dealt with at reception seemed to not care, didn’t offer even an apology, just told me to write my details down and they would contact me if they were found. She was super unhelpful and unsympathetic, literally just wanted me to leave, and I left extremely annoyed. Of course, this was 4 days ago, and I have not been contacted about this again.…
Hotel was nice, great pool and water slides. Sofa bed was horrible, very thin mattress and no bedding. Ended up pulling mattress from trundle bed and putting in living room to sleep on. No place to put clothes (dressers), suitcases had to go on floor. Bathroom had 2 showers but was small and hardly any counter space. With family of 5 it was very crowded. Also had to go to front desk every time you need towels, toilet paper, etc. Had 1 light housekeeping since we were there for 7 nights.
Hotel it’s ok clean but don’t expect to have your room cleaned if not planning to stay 6 days or more hard to keep your room clean with 4 kids we stay 3 days no room service breakfast it’s perfect nice people a couple stains in the beds but other in that it’s ok but will not come back for sure
Very beautiful hotel. Clean and customer service was great at the front desk and in the breakfast area. The room was spacious with a great view and two television sets for us to utilize. We will return again.
Nice rooms. Good bar and restaurant. This hotel is probably one of the farthest ones from Disneyland. Which was bummer. I chose this hotel for the pool are only. Its like a mini water park. It was a mile walk which took about 20 mins each direction. Do able but there a hotels much closer.
We got our room 2 HOURS past check in time. You’re staff is incompetent and so is the manager. All you offered for the inconvenience was to waive the parking and resort fee? Really that’s crap. We paid way too much for a room that wasn’t even ready at check in time. When we were checking in we were told it was going to be ready by 4:30pm. The check in employees were clearly saying that they are short on housekeeping and they’re backed up so no rooms were clean. We asked the manager what will happen if our room won’t be ready on time. He said “we’ll deal with that if it happens” What he should have offered was for us to use the pool while we wait but WE were the ones who suggested it. We were told they’d contact us when it will be ready. 2 HOURS later. NO CONTACT. No text when the room was ready. 2 HOURS later and it wasn’t until I checked on it again at 6pm that’s when the room was ready? No. You guys forgot about us and it wasn’t until I checked in with the manager again that’s when it was available. And all the manager Jose offered was to waive the parking fee and resort fee. What kind of compensation it that? We wait in your pool area. Spend money at your bar because we’re waiting and only the resort fee and parking fee was compensated. That’s not worth it. For the price per night def will NEVER want to come back here. Customer service doesn’t exist here. Staff seems uninterested in treating their guest with great service.…
I decided to pick this as I’ve been here before and thought it was a good stay. The room was generally clean with the exception of a dirty towel and ripped sheet. The location is prime and very safe! The only things I found to be a bother was that my garage key was programmed incorrectly and each time I tried to get it fixed they only had 1 or 2 people at the front with very busy lines. I also tried calling multiple times and it would just ring and ring. Additionally, it would be nice if they sold day passes to the pool and not try to get you with booking an expel sovereign room just to have access to the pool particularly if you have no intentions of going in each day that you are there.. lastly the breakfast area is a little disorganized particularly the waffles station. The line is confusing and some lady became very hostile about it. The machines also need to be replaced as the battery sticks or the batter is being made too thick and not cooking throughly …Not a horrible stay they just need to tweak some things ..…
