WORST SERVICE EVER!!!This hotel cancelled our reservations the moment we arrived and claimed that they never received our confirmation from PriceLine even though we called them the night before to confirm our bookings. Stay away from this hotel, they're running a clown school and don't know how to do basic customer service or speak basic English. Basically, bad customer service and poor in handling the situation professionally. The front desk clerk also had poor etiquette skills and bad mannerism.

Let's start with check-in...they gave us room 218, then the guy ran to us at the elevator to give us room 216 because they said 218 wasn't clean yet. It was after 9pm...why isn't a room clean yet??? Our room wasn't what I expected at all. It smelled strongly like cigarettes despite it being a non-smoking room. The sheets had stains. The shower area had long hair everywhere. Also, while in the shower the slide glass door came completely off the track when I tried to close it! The door was stuck, so I tried to pull it closed, and the whole thing came off in my hands. My boyfriend had to run into the bathroom to help me move it because I was literally standing there naked and wet with a whole shower door in my hands!!! Being that we were only there two nights, we just allowed them to come fix it vice moving to another room. There was random graffiti everywhere...in the light on the ceiling (super weird), on the door in the bathroom, and carved into the top of the fridge. Housekeeping took our towels and didn't replace them, but when I asked for towels they just kept telling me that we needed to check out, like, but can I get a towel to wash and dry my behind first?! I would never ever stay here again. The only good thing I'll say about this place is they have very fast Wi-Fi.

checked in new years eve 11pm. prepaid but it took 15 minutes for them to process and look for a room. Entered room 212 and saw cockroaches.... DISGUSTING. Husband killed several with his shoe. The top of the walls had what looked like dead insects.Tub was cracked, sink was yellow stained and had no drain.Thought I would throw up brushing my teeth.Towels were worse than brand new sandpaper! Slept with my eyes opened waiting for alarm to ring at 4am to go to the rose bowl parade. They should be ASHAMED to call this a hotel/inn.

Unfriendly staff, stingy breakfast, and insects in the room. The staff are trying their best to create as much noise as possible, as early as 6 AM -- as if there were no noise coming from traffic. They scream to each in chinese (the hotel is run by chinese), throw buckets on the floor and bang doors so that their relatives in Shanghai could hear it.

Disgusting hotel! Ants & bugs in the room. Sheets were not changed in between guests. Stained/soiled so bad I had to put my t-shirts over the pillows. Mold in shower. Water turned my tooth brush bristles yellow. Mirror was dirty, tooth paste still in the sink from previous guest. Mini fridge was filthy. Pay more,DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! Only reason I did was because all other hotels were full due to Metallica being in town.
