I must say he people at The Last Resort Hotel , in Adin, CA are the most considerate people, I have come across in a long time. Their coustomer service goes above and beyond. I will defiantly make it an effort to stay there when I pass through Adin again. Thank you Kerri!

The place is clean and the managers are nice, but the owner is very uptight about "the rules"...which are nowhere to be seen. Most motels have the rules...whatever they may be, posted inside the rooms..usually on the door...not here..not in my room anyways. The "rules"are also printed in the smallest type possible on the 3" x 6" sign-in card that...

We were on a bicycle tour and were so happy to arrive at the Last Resort. Carrie had called the store and Frosty stand to make sure they would be open as we couldn't drive to dinner. We so appreciated her help. The motel was very clean and very quiet. We loved staying in Adin. This is a very beautiful...

Stopped here as it was the only motel in this part of Northern California. It was very basic but fairly clean. No ATT phone service in the area and the wifi at the motel was barely one to two bars, but again, that's all there is. Cable TV was also barely working on a very old TV and I was...

First - this is an old but well maintained motel in the middle of nowhere (no offense to the residents of Adin!). You are not going to find 5 star luxury in this part of the world. But if you are a weary traveler looking for a perfect spot to stop between OR and Northern CA this is perfect. Very...

As those of you looking at this area know, there is no other option within 35 miles. It is clean, cheap and has really nice ladies running it. No problems at all. Speaking of ranges, if you have an ATT cell phone, they do not work east of Burney on Highway 299. That is 60 miles. Do not know where...

Other options are few and far between on the stretch of highway between Susanville, CA and Klamath Falls, OR, but The Last Resort turned out to be a very pleasant surprise. I didn't expect much, at just over $60 with tax, but the room was clean, spacious and had all the usual fittings, including fridge and microwave. The highway out...

I stumbled across "The Last Resort" late one night on one of California's back roads and was lucky enough to snag a room. Nice people - a nice room - and an unexpected surprise in a rather distant spot. Perfect for a road trip. There's not many alternatives in that part of the country, but if you are fortunate enough...

We cancelled our reservation but stopped by to visit with the proprietor! While making the reservation, my wife had such a fun conversation with the owner that we dropped by to visit! She showed us the rooms: long story short, the exterior appearance is deceiving. Inside you will be pleased and you will be very well served!
