I have stayed here a few times during the Civilian Marksmanship matches, it is a good budget place to stay with easy access for all of the equipment I carry. As I am retired military, the price is good too, if you go down to the exit you will pay 100 a night, and it is very noisy and congested....

This place looks older, but decent on the outside. Inside, however, is a totally different story. The rooms are dark and dreary. The paint is old and shoddy work. The flooring wasn't cut even on the edges. Bathroom very tiny and dimly lit with rust. The kitchette is old and dated with not even paper towels and no dishes or...

Ok, I have stayed here before decent place...but there was a total screw up with their scheduling which was handled by a phone call 1 week from the Talladega race informing they had a screw up and were canceling ALL reservations!! Seems they have a contract with the state police academy and due to wrongs dates provided now had to...

This was done to prior to the new owner taking over. The previous owner lost the Lodge in his divorce. The Lodge is now operated by Sandra Stone and the Lodge has been updated. I can assure you this will not happen again in the future. Sandra Stone.

Great place to stay with new management. Since that Pollie Trampam is no longer there, the place is so much more pleasant and professional our friends that like to come in for the football games. Clean and affordable and beautiful. Keep up the great work Jim, Ed, and Tori!

Polly Trantham is back at Long Leaf Lodge and the place is doing great with Sandra Stone being the new Owner. Unlike the previous owner, she takes pride in her Staff and her Hotel. C.A.M.G.O.N.E

Love this hotel. Nestled in a quiet part of Ft McClleland. Excellent and friendly staff who make you feel at home. Ample parking and a great place to wind down after Talladega race. I always stay here when I'm in Anniston Alabama. Did i mention it was quiet?

New managers have taken over and have updated the property and hired new staff. The hotel is clean and many rooms remodeled. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. We have stayed three times now. We have met several others who come in from out of town to work in Anniston and they prefer to stay at Long Leaf Lodge...

Stinking, dirty, rusted out, dark and dingy! For $73/night, I should have put another $10 with it and gone to a quality hotel. The carpet is DEAD and smells like feet. The bedding is dark and dingy and looks suitable for a ho...tel. The full-sized mattress bed feels spring-loaded. The walls are dirty; the baseboards rusting away; the soap bars...

The room we were supposed to have had not been cleaned and was disgusting. The room they gave us had a floor so dirty it turned my feet black just getting out if the shower and walking to my suitcase. When we informed the front desk, the response we got was that we should wear house shoes. Will never go...

This lodging is located on the now closed Fort McClellan. An employee told me that is was used frequently (under contract) by students at the local law enforcement academy in Jacksonville. The attraction for us was that this motel allows pets, but we thought the rate added for our dog was a little high. To be fair the rate of...
