I have very mixed feelings about my stay at the Washington Court. The staff were all impeccable in their gracious service. In fact, I would say they were the most outstanding group of hotel service staff that I have ever encountered. Another positive is that my room was just beautiful and the bed & pillows the most comfortable I have...

This was a nice hotel with a good location. It is walking distance to Union Station. We stayed in room 1601 and had a great view of the Capitol. My minor complaints are that the pillows are very big and fluffy. My husband and I prefer a thinner pillow. These raised our head up higher from the mattress. In the...

Had a wonderful stay at the Washington Court Hotel. We had actually stayed in another hotel prior for two days for a wedding and changed to the Washington Court to save some money. We got an amazing deal for the hotel and couldn't have been happier. We had stayed at a hotel in Georgetown prior and that was over twice...

We stayed there in August 2013 for two nights, forgot to pack one sweater shirt. My daughter was procrastinating to pick it up. We were in DC last weekend, and I called them to pick it up because our hotel was near by. They still had it and found it quickly. Good service. The hotel is pleasant, we didn't really...

The staff is very welcoming, smiling, and helpful. And the bed, pillows, and linens are dreamy. Spotless, quiet room, great water pressure shower, direct views of the Capitol Bldg, not far from Metro stop at Union Station. Free coffee available to take-out. What could be better?

Stayed here during the government shutdown and the red line was out. So we had difficulty traveling, but that won't be reflected in my review. Nice hotel, deluxe room was great and had a nice view of the capital building. Next time I may want to venture closer to the sites as this is a decent walk(if walking). Not much...

Hotel reception desk man made check-in easy. Concierge confused us with any questions we asked about Big Bus Tour. This was a let-down because I was counting on his help while we were vacationing in DC. Rooms were adequate. But no free WiFi, no microwave, and no fridgerator made for a basic room only. Bathroom was nice and big with...

This hotel is a great value and good location to base your sightseeing ventures. The staff was very friendly. There is a restaurant and bar on the main floor. Hotel is 3-4 easy blocks from Union Station - we rode the train from Baltimore and walk to the hotel. Rooms have been updated and were comfortable.

Deluxe king room was extremely spacious and very up-to-date. I was apprehensive about staying at this hotel but I was pleasantly surprised at how gracious and helpful all of the staff were. I don't usually sleep well in hotels but the comfort of the bed made it comparable to home and my night was great. My only suggestion is that...

We chose this hotel as we needed to be close to Union Station for bus arrival and departure. Can't say the reception desk lady was very friendly or made you feel welcome. Fortunately the bell boy (Italian or Spanish name I think) made up for the lack of people skills at reception, he could not do enough for you- fantastic...
