    Very Nice Hotel
Stayed at the Madison hotel for 4 nights earlier this year. The hotel is located in a nice/safe part of DC and is about 20 minutes drive from Regan airport. The DC convention center and Marriott marquis hotel are about a 15 minute walk from here. Hotel staff are welcoming and courteous. The rooms are very nice, fairly large in size, and feature upscale mattresses, pillows, bedding and linen. (see pics). Wifi is free and included with the room rate. Paid parking is available (i think it is $50+ for overnight) and a valet service is also available. While the hotel has a restaurant and bar on site, and there are many others in the area as well. Overall a great choice in the area.
Dear Salil G, Thank you so very much for taking the time to review The Madison. We look forward to your next stay with us. Sincerely, Paolo Pedrazzini

Excellent hotel, friendly welcoming staff and in a great location. My room was up to date, with nice decor. There's a mini fridge in the room stocked with drinks and a variety of snacks to choose from, which are at an extra price. kaouthar concierge helped me with all my needs and my excellent stay

Above and beyond service in the restaurant
My overall stay for a conference was very comfortable. I especially want to call out the service in the restaurant. Our group wanted to watch the White House address at 6:30 pm. We had already ordered, but found that the lounge had a closed captioned version playing. Our waiter found us in the lounge and served our dinner in there, bringing in silverware and water from the restaurant. All staff I encountered were friendly and helpful but I will remember our waiter!

The staff at The Madison is always fabulous. So welcoming and helpful at every turn. When you visit, you must sit at the bar and enjoy after a long day. Edwin is the best. I have visited many times and he always remembers your name, your drink, and makes you feel special. Thanks Edwin and staff for all you do to make my stay wonderful!

The hotel was nice and was very fragrant with the smell of flowers they have started renovating bits and pieces so in the future the hallways will be exquisitely modern where at its current state it is nice but slightly outdated

Thoroughly enjoyed my experience at the bar and hotel. Abdul was so pleasant and provided stellar service! The drinks were delicious—both the alcoholic ones and the “zero proof” and the flatbread was delicious. Beautiful furnishings and pleasant atmosphere.

Had a great experience at this hotel. The staff was fantastic! We had a total of three meetings in two days. Each time, the banquet, houseman, and AV team were on it and made the overall experience great. The banquet servers, Edgar and Jenny were so accommodating. Houseman, Yaovi was always there when I needed him and Encore AV tech, Brandon was on top of any updates we had. Thank you to Hamid, Jose, and Riva for making my event a success!

We had the pleasure of staying at the Madison Hotel in Washington D.C., and I must say it was an absolutely fantastic experience. The hotel's interior exuded a trendy, artistic, and modern vibe that immediately set the tone for a memorable stay. The atmosphere was simply delightful, and the exceptional staff played a significant role in making our stay so enjoyable. I'd like to give a special shoutout to Olivia at the reception, who was not only super friendly but also incredibly helpful. Her warm welcome made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The restaurant team also deserves praise for their professionalism and genuine care. They consistently displayed a high standard of attention to detail, and I want to extend my gratitude to Victor Saavedra for his outstanding service. The breakfast at the hotel was delicious, and the bar served up drinks that left us happily satisfied. Our room was incredibly comfortable and provided us with everything we needed for a perfect stay. This choice of the Madison Hotel in Washington was absolutely ideal, especially as we were celebrating our 10-year anniversary of love. Thank you for making our special occasion even more memorable!

From check in to check out it was simply fantastic. Valet. Check-in. Room condition. Shower pressure. Towels. Beds. Corridors. Elevators. Water bottles. Umbrellas. Menu items. Taste. Presentation. Buffet. Coffee shop. Cleanliness. Wait staff. Entire staff. Everything was truthfully perfect and the best meals we had were in the Lady Madison hotel restaurant. We have never had a better hotel stay than this one. The best part was that they were not over staffed. Everyone was very efficient, well-trained and customer focused. We’ve stayed at JW properties, as well as places like the Wynn and Bellagio, and countless Marriott properties across the country. None compare to the overall experience we enjoyed at the Madison boutique in DC. Many kudos to the staff and management. From the opening of the car door at check in through to Olivia giving us water bottles for the road at checkout this was the best place to be for our stay in DC. No question - we’d stay here again.
