upon arrival the staff was very courteous. The air conditioner didn't work and was never resolved during our stay. The tub did not drain properly and the gym was not available to us because we were not Platinum members.

Yes, there is a breakfast provided in a private dining room off the lobby for the Executive Levels. It has some hot entrees, like scrambled eggs, but not a complete menu. It was plenty to get us started on our day. We did not drive so I cannot help you with parking. We used the trolley system or Uber/Taxi for convenience because it's a real challenge to park in some areas. Have fun.
