The staff was excellent and went above and beyond every moment. The checkin to the breakfast service to the valet were keeping in standards of the Park Hyatt. The facility is nice but needs an upgrade.
This hotel couldn't raise the bar any higher. Everything was excellent: facilities, staff, food, and thoughtfulness in small details of the event. Outstanding in every way. I called my family and told them, "this is the standard I'm setting for all future travel arrangements. "
My home away from home! This is why I don’t need an apartment in DC. The cost relative to the service and amenities out weigh the necessity to have an apartment. Plus, the Staff ….. The Staff plus the quality of the hotel and service is the best! Thank you friends!
nice comfortable and large room; bed is great; quiet street; close to Georgetown section so easy walk; near dog park; Metro is about 4 blocks away (Foggy Bottom) so it is walkable. Always find the food to be excellent
We stayed in the hotel this past weekend in a Georgetown Suite, which is one of the nicest rooms in the hotel. We were, however, completely shocked to see how run down the room was. The upholstered chairs were badly stained and the toilet was so old it barely flushed. The rugs were stained as well. Not what we remembered from our previous stays! Also, the service at breakfast was awful...Guess we need to find a new hotel for our DC trips...
The suites at this hotel are very nice. The standard rooms are not up to Park Hyatt standards, having cheap amenities like standard alone ikea like wardrobes like those you'd see at a Hyatt Place or another cheap hotel. Sound proofing is extremely poor as well. There are much nicer hotels for the price point.
First time back to the Park Hyatt DC in a few years and am so glad to have returned. Room was fabulous and experience was just as good as it was in previous visits with a great staff, room service and comfortable beds.
Hotel lobby is pretty, breakfast is yummy. Gym has a peloton! and a pool. Ive stayed there before and would stay again. The sheets in the bedroom are very nice. Also like the nespresso machine. strangely - right across street from the Fairmount, which is not as nice.
This is my favorite hotel in DC and the perfect luxurious stay away. The location makes it easy to get to Georgetown and the monuments. The rooms are beautifully designed and very spacious. Everyone is incredibly helpful and friendly. DJ at the front desk, Mustafa at the door and Shiva in the restaurant were always ready to assist and did such a great job! Thank you for a wonderful stay! We can’t wait to come back.
This hotel is superb; and I have stayed in many in the region. The location is ideal for walks and Georgetown is close. The restaurant is exceptional, including the wine list. The staff are professional, attentive and kind.
