I should have listening to the reviews as most were from years ago. I stayed here and was completely disappointed in the so called 4 star hotel. Parking is a mess even though the website advertises “valet parking”. Parking is only available across the street. I wasn’t even able to unload my bags. I was told to go into the other parking garage across the street and park and move my belongings that way. Then on my third trip the “valet” person asks me if I need help. Are you kidding me? Then I was told coffee was free only to be charge $5 for a cup of coffee. It’s not worth the price to stay in this hotel.

Hotel looked nice and fancy, staff was pretty good. Food was overpriced, bland, and too little so recommend eating out. Bed was unexpectedly uncomfortable, pillows were just sinking. View was nice though.

Presidential suite felt like an old apartment frozen in the 70’s. Musty, bare bones, and regrettable upon entry. Feels like a bait and switch. Staff unhelpful and Un-knowledgeable. Avoid at all costs.

We stayed in a clean, rather spacious king room and found it very comfortable. The staff we interacted with were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located near the Capitol, Supreme Court and the end of the mall area so is convenient for sightseeing. The only downside is that there are few restaurants and nightlife in the area so we had to Uber to other areas for dinner each night. However, that allowed us to explore the city, so wasn’t that big a problem.

Stayed at this hotel for business. The TV has many channels including the NHK World, but not the Golf Channel. There was a small empty refrigerator in the room. The digital key works only once in a while. The hotel is a little away from urban conveniences like a Metro station, convenience stores, and restaurants. The coffee maker is placed in a little inconspicuous place.
