My organization had us stay there and use the meeting room for our annual retreat, and Karen was so personable and accommodating from the start. The hotel is magnificent; the meeting room had everything we needed to conduct the retreat. The room was large and oh so comfortable. I had such a great time. Great places to eat nearby, but the hotel's restaurant was to die for. Karen was so professional and thoughtful of the entire process. She even remembered my name! I cannot say enough about this hotel. The fact that I will stay there again next week just for the heck of it shows how well they treated me. My new favorite hotel BY FAR! Thanks again, Karen,
The Viceroy is a spectacular hotel in an amazing location. The elegant details give the space an upscale/luxurious feel while making you feel right at home. The location near Logan Circle could not be better within steps of all the action of 14th Street & DuPont Circle. Metro access easy as well. The staff at the Viceroy was extremely welcoming and service oriented. Highly recommend for your next stay in DC. And upgrade to the suite - well worth the experience!
Great stay with a solid rooftop pool. Great location near top tier restaurants and bars. The rooms are always in good condition and clean upon arrival. A solid place to get an uber to anywhere in DC. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in DC.
Stayed at the Viceroy with my daughter while looking for apartments for her upcoming move. I can't say enough about the staff...from Karen at the front desk, to Robert the valet.... include the folks in the coffee shop and ALL others that we came in contact with, smiles and kindness all around! We felt very welcomed. The room was super clean and lovely. There are several areas around the lobby to sit and relax. I will return each and every time I visit my daughter. Thanks Viceroy!
Room was great, service was perfect when we needed our car it was there in minutes. The pool was a little small but accommodated all who were there with a bar near by. A Coffee shop in the lobby that sold both wine and coffee. We enjoyed our stay there and if there was a reason to go back to DC my wife and I would definitely stay there
Walking distance to the mall, shops, and just about everything worth hitting. Rooms are spacious, TV's are quite large which is nice. Staff is excellent and go above and beyond to make sure you're accomodated.
Stayed at the viceroy for my fiancés birthday. I had reached out to the hotel in advance with the hopes that they could put together a little arrival surprise for him. They exceeded my expectations in what they put together!!! Deja was so lovely during our stay, extremely helpful and friendly with great energy. The room was beautiful and the location was perfect, we’ll definitely be back!
Really enjoyed my stay here and would happily stay again. I do wish the pool continued to be open rather than an hour gap between that and bar opening, as the late afternoon sun is the hottest and only then is the pool (cold!!) quite bearable other than a quick dip. But this is only a minor point. Staff are all lovely, too!
This hotel is sort of boutique but a little worse for wear. I was there on PRIDE weekend. I did not know this hotel was on the PARADE ROUTE, so streets were closed off all around the hotel. I could not get anywhere except by walking. Even crossing the street was impossible. Many of the common areas and parts of the restaurant were closed for private events. My room was not serviced the first day. The TV went out, but when I called the front desk (twice) no one answered. The hotel was clean and quirky, but no where near worth what I paid for it.
Karen let us check in early to our room and was so helpful in helping us find places to explore. Definitely recommend!! The rooms are adorable and quaint with the cutest spots nearby. Great for family and friends :))
