Travelers' Choice
Located in the heart of the hip and historic Georgetown neighborhood, Four Seasons Hotel Washington offers unparalleled access to the Nation’s Capital and an inspiring concentration of cultural institutions, historic landmarks and iconic memorials. DC has more parkland per capita than any other city in the country, while Georgetown has the eclectic charm of upscale shops, restaurants, galleries and is home to a rich variety of cultural attractions. Listen to evocative jazz in Blues Alley, shop in the design district known as Cady's Alley and explore the C&O Canal, Georgetown Waterfront Park and Washington Harbour. Other popular attractions include the Old Stone House on M Street, Georgetown University, Georgetown Cupcakes (site of the hit show "DC Cupcakes") and of course, the famous stairs from "The Exorcist." It's an ideal base from which to explore the city.

This was the most incredible experience. The staff could not have been more in tune to us both the parents and my daughter and son in law. The accommodations were incredible and we all felt very special. The food was delicious at the reception which was definitely a challenge to address 150 people. I recommend this specific Four Seasons without hesitation.

I love the four seasons so much! It’s one of my favorite hotels. The rooms are worth the money and so is the customer service. You’ll never want to stay in a place that’s not 5 stars once you’ve stayed at a four seasons hotel.

these guys set their own standards. when i was training in DC 15 yrs ago i never could afford a drink here. now that i can i can say it is worth every penny and effort. we travel with our kids and work very hard. as a result we want our life to be easy on the road. this hotel set the std for the FS experience. there were little glitches but they were human glitches that a complicated machine like this hotel is going to inevitably have, but nothing terrible. and the staff and management were quick to accept, contrite, correct, and make up for in a generous way. thank you FS. a shout out to McKenzie. she is outstanding- front desk .

The best post pandemic customer service I’ve experienced. A pleasant trip Four Seasons reminded me how great service makes one feel. Marvelous! We order room service and some thing we wanted that was not on the menu but no worries. They prepared it for us anyway and it was delicious.

This is one of the best business hotels in the world. The location is perfect. It is on the edge of Georgetown but not in the midst of all the noise. It is minutes away from the principal office areas in Washington DC, the executive branch offices, and Capitol Hill. The rooms and the dining facilities are in perfect shape and very comfortable. All of the room amenities are thoughtful and exactly what a business traveler needs. The food is superb. The staff is knowledgeable, multilingual, and extremely helpful. I can’t imagine a better place to stay on business visits to Washington DC. Also, it is a great place to relax and enjoy. The fitness center and pool are first rate. It is right on the canal and so has jogging pths that are some of the best I find anywhere in the world.

From arrival to departure, the entire staff of the Four Seasons is committed to complete and total guest satisfaction. The suite(thank you, Eric) was lovely! The Concierge staff were kind and helpful. Room service exemplary. No detail too small. This was a birthday weekend getaway and we were surprised and delighted to find a lovely red velvet cake with the best cream icing ever, in the suite. WOW!! The courtyard is the perfect place to finish an evening, with a glass of wine. A tip: If you go to Seasons for breakfast / lunch, be sure to ask for MariCris. She is amazing!!

Had an event at the Four Seasons and needed a room for the night. This review is for the room only. The room was great! Bed was comfortable, the bathroom was roomy (which is important) and loved the tub.

I gave the family the choice of where they wanted to celebrate a milestone birthday for my mom and was over the moon when they said they wanted to come back to the Four Seasons DC. Having stayed only one night at the hotel in recent years, we immediately felt this was a special place with an extraordinary team who treats each other and their guests with warm and gracious care. The location in the city is perfect for seeing all the historical treasures you will want to see. Special mention also to Michael, the incredible lead concierge, who used his golden keys to obtain special access to a not to be missed view of the White House. The last trip he helped us choose what turned out to be the city’s premier private guide. We enjoyed kayaking on the Potomac, the open to the public playground of the National Cathedral, visiting the original US Constitution, the Declaration of Independence, and the three Smithsonian museums. The Four Seasons assisted us in making each visit special. Once inside the hotel, with both inner courtyard terrace and outside terrace, you are welcomed by warm light, fireplaces, and a veritable spring garden of fresh flowers. It is a delight to return every day after a long day of sightseeing. At breakfast the first day our amazing waiter Dina jumped into action knowing we like to order, enjoy our meal, and then explore the city. He offered to customize anything we wanted and made the very best specialty coffee. The next day he remembered what we liked and proactively brought my older mother a delicious complimentary fruit and vegetable drink for a refreshing start. Dina clearly has care for others in his heart and joy in what he does. Do not miss the spa. These are massage therapists serious about working out the knots and helping you leave the spa completely relaxed. My mom said it was the best facial she has ever had and she looked it. They book up very quickly and it is loved by both locals and return guests so booking in advance is my advice. If you have visited DC but not stayed at the Four Seasons, staying here during your visit will be like visiting a new city. Thank you to the Four Seasons Washington DC team for making memories of a lifetime for my family. You truly have created a special place for us to look forward to returning to soon.

Yes, the prices are insane but the level of service in every way is totally worth it. We will certainly come back to this hotel to experience more. The food was exquisite, the drinks were hand crafted with excellent selection, the staff was on point. A perfect stay.
