I booked this hotel for my anniversary and it was not what I expected. When I pulled up there was no velvet waiting so we had to park on the street . Then when inside the staff looked like they stayed here to because of the plain clothes they wore. The staff was polite and friendly and very helpful I... More

great service, boutique experience, close to the metro and great restaurants. The only thing I would suggest to make this hotel better would be to add room service to the offerings. However the baristas remembered me by name each morning and the way I liked my cappuccino.

Thank you for the review and feedback. We will pass on the kudos to our coffee team. Room service is not in the works right now, but we will be offering an order for pick up from our grab and go in 2017. Thank you for staying with us and we hope you can return soon. More

I was expecting a few more amenities but understand how difficult it can be to afford a refrigerator or decent creamer/sweeteners for every room. That being said, they were more than accommodating for my personal health issue requiring an in-room refrigerator. I was not happy about no elevator access in the front of the hotel but I think it was... More

The neighborhood has many embassies. I think this is the hotel name comes from. Very nice location, quiet and safe. Front desk staff are friendly. Room is clean and tidy. Housekeepers do their job properly. Price is very bargain. Free wifi is provided and I believe it's very important for a business traveler.

The rooms have great decor but are a bit on the small side. More than 2 people to a room would probably be too much. It would of been nice to have a refrigerator & microwave but otherwise a nice hotel stay.

Dear Nkanyezi P, Thank you for the lovely review. Our creative team was happy to serve you and we certainly hope you will return soon. We do offer microwaves for a fee, subject to availability. As you mentioned, space is limited in some of our rooms due to the older building design. Our room are not cookie-cutter and vary in... More

I loved our hotel, the basement with graffiti stair case and game room was awesome. Rooms are stylish, small but great for short trip! The valet was a little difficult and hard to understand and could use improvement. Should have a hotel guide when you check in or in the room so that we know where we are going throughout... More
