WE were guest (sister-in-law grandaughter and I) stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. We arrived at the train station and the hotel was in walking distace. We arrived early and the staff was able to accommodate a early check in. We dined in the restaurant the food and service was superb. Would definitely consider again when in the area.

Hotel's Favorite
I recently stayed at this amazing property and was very impressed with the level of services and attention I received from checking to my departure Fifi at the front desk was very welcoming and warm From the beginning of my arrival she address me by my last name and kept eye contact. Few minutes later she called me in the room and checked if there’s anything else I needed to make my stay better The location of the hotel is just across the street of union station and few steps away from the Capitol I haven’t stop telling all my colleagues at their next time visit to stay there I’m glad I found a jewel

Great hotel kiddy corner with the Postal Museum. Casual bar and restaurant attached (Dubliner). Very accommodating. Windows actually open for some fresh air. Clean. 24/7 coffee. Probably not the best choice for families who plan to spend their day mainly at the mall and Lincoln Memorial area. Perfect for others. Did I mention, no resort fee. Thank you Phoenix Park for upfront and honest rates.

This was our first trip with our infant son following my spouse's 9-month deployment. We didn't know what to expect from the hotel or trip but we thoroughly enjoyed both. The location right next to the train station was perfect. Garage parking for roughly 25 dollars per night around the corner. The hotel was quaint and picturesque and the Irish restaurant inside even had a few vegan options. Hospitality/management was wonderful - especially Mr. Strickland and Ms. Brenda. Every need was met from extra umbrellas to more towels and body wash. We even had our room upgraded to a more luxurious suite for FREE! We can't wait to visit again.
