We were staying at another location around the corner and heard about the rooftop bar so we spent an afternoon there for drinks. The doorman downstairs was very welcoming. Although a bit pricey (Georgetown is pricey), the drinks were awesome and well made. Great view, atmosphere good, and chairs were relaxing. This was a great way to end a day.... More

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights with my husband and 11 year-old son. It is a boutique hotel, so do not expect a sprawling lobby area. The staff at this hotel is great, from the doormen to the front desk personnel. The doormen were especially pleasant and helpful, despite having to work in 100+ degree heat. The rooms... More

My daughter and i stayed here for two nights and loved it. It will now be our go to spot in Georgetown. The room was spacious and elegant with a lovely bathroom. The location is perfect. M street has fantastic shopping and we walked down to the water every morning for a bike ride or breakfast. The rooftop terrace has... More

We stayed here for one night and thought it was going to be our go to hotel in this part of DC. Service was phenomenal. The room was spacious with a very nice bathroom. There was some noise from other rooms but it was reasonable. Location is perfect in Georgetown. The only thing having me questioning a return visit is... More

Dear Free_Feedback, Thank you for your candid review of our property. The rooms are comfortable. Nice products in the bathroom. The breakfast is ok - but not nearly as good as the Georgetown inn. Staff are friendly but the maitre d' and front desk don't provide the attention to detail that you'd get in a good boutique hotel - good restaurant recommendations, good ideas about sights to see, places to shop... A must in DC! Staff is outstanding from the doorman to the Manager! Check in was a breeze, quick and professional. Excellent staff! Stay on the 7th floor where you are greeted by Sonia from housekeeping that goes way beyond her duties to make you feel welcomed. Rooms are spacious, comfortable bed and great pillows! Can't wait to go back!

Stayed here for two nights on a business trip and was so pleasantly surprised. It's a smaller boutique hotel in a great location in Georgetown--plenty of great spots to check out within walking distance. Staff were very helpful and super friendly. My room was huge and nicely updated. I would stay here again in a heart beat! Loved it.

One of the coziest spots in Georgetown, with just a few dozens rooms in a quintessential DC Federalist style. A few feet from the hurried activity on M Street on a quiet lane that protects its above-the-fray integrity. The staff is attentive to your needs and the rooms are decked out in jeweled luxe with the most enticing smell, and... More

The property is nice and the location is perfect! Our room was large and well appointed. The gym was the size of a postage stamp, but there were interesting places to run outside. I was turned away from this hotel after paying roughly $400 for a night while on a business trip. The issue was that they do not control or well manage their relationships with Hotwire (and by what I overhead, Orbitz). So they overbook the hotel. Hotwire did not find me a place to stay. So I was lucky to find... More

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Welcome to The Graham, where cultured sophistication meets modern luxury in one of the most refined residential hotels in Georgetown DC. Named after famous Georgetown resident Alexander Graham Bell, inventor of the telephone, our Georgetown hotel draws inspiration from Bell's inventiveness and consummate poise, offering a mix of innovative style and gracious service that fit naturally with the spirit of the neighborhood. Nestled along the banks of the Potomac River, The Graham sits in the heart of DC's most affluent and historic area. Our central Georgetown location makes it easy to walk around this intimate neighborhood, home to important landmarks and historic estates, prestigious universities, and numerous independent shops and restaurants. Georgetown University, George Washington University, Washington Harbour, the Kennedy Center, and the National Cathedral are all located nearby, and the area itself is within close proximity to downtown Washington D.C. When the day is over, retreat to one of our Georgetown hotel's 57 guestroom and suites, stylish and spacious with luxurious residential comforts and amenities designed for the discerning guest, including complimentary Wi-fi and a 24-hour fitness center. Experience our new craft cocktail cellar and small-plate dining concept The Alex, and afterwards head up to The Observatory, The Graham's open air rooftop bar and lounge, to take in one of the most stunning views of our nation's capital-martini and cigar in hand, of course. ... more   less
