We have stayed at boutique hotels on many trips--this one doesn't measure up. Although we booked 2 months in advance, we were given a room on the first floor next to the public bathrooms so our kids were woken up several times each night during by up by loud random people using the restrooms (they were on the pullout in... i accidentally found this place on Expedia and am so glad I did. Hidden down a side street in the middle of Georgetown, this isnt a hotel you would ever find. Nondiscreet door, brick building without too much signage, this place is a hidden gem. The staff went above and beyond. Every single person we met was beyond friendly and... More

This property is perfectly located in Georgetown to walk to everything great Georgetown has to offer, and to catch an Uber to any other place you want to go. When departing after 3 great days at The Graham, I unfortunately left for the airport without a suit bag containing two expensive jackets I bought while in Georgetown. Within 30 minutes,... More

We had four terrific days in Washington and The Graham was the nicest hotel to go back to after a day's sightseeing and a great place to wake up in. Perfect situation beween M Street and the very trendy Washington Harbor area, both just minutes away. Georgetown was captivating, stylish with great shops and great restaurants and not a single... We spent three nights at The Graham and fell in love with it. We were welcomed by Olena who couldn't have been kinder. Since we got the "el cheapo" AAA rate, we assumed we would be in a standard hotel room. To my surprise, the room was lovely, immaculately clean, comfortable and had every touch one might need from the... More

Location in the heart of Georgetown a lively neighborhood in Washington DC. A lot of cafes and good restaurant within few minutes walking distance. The hotel staff very extraordinary responsive for any of our requests. The only minus is the maintenance level of the hotel which should be improved.

Excellent location just a stone throw from shopping and all conveniences. Lovely staff, and beautiful room and service. I am very fussy about cleanliness and nice robes and towels and this hotel was good. If I were to find a complaint it was minor- the cleaning staff are very noisy in the morning which is irritating.

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Welcome to The Graham, where cultured sophistication meets modern luxury in one of the most refined residential hotels in Georgetown DC. Named after famous Georgetown resident Alexander Graham Bell, inventor of the telephone, our Georgetown hotel draws inspiration from Bell's inventiveness and consummate poise, offering a mix of innovative style and gracious service that fit naturally with the spirit of the neighborhood. Nestled along the banks of the Potomac River, The Graham sits in the heart of DC's most affluent and historic area. Our central Georgetown location makes it easy to walk around this intimate neighborhood, home to important landmarks and historic estates, prestigious universities, and numerous independent shops and restaurants. Georgetown University, George Washington University, Washington Harbour, the Kennedy Center, and the National Cathedral are all located nearby, and the area itself is within close proximity to downtown Washington D.C. When the day is over, retreat to one of our Georgetown hotel's 57 guestroom and suites, stylish and spacious with luxurious residential comforts and amenities designed for the discerning guest, including complimentary Wi-fi and a 24-hour fitness center. Experience our new craft cocktail cellar and small-plate dining concept The Alex, and afterwards head up to The Observatory, The Graham's open air rooftop bar and lounge, to take in one of the most stunning views of our nation's capital-martini and cigar in hand, of course. ... more   less
