Hotel's Favorite
When traveling I most value a quiet and clean room and comfortable bed. I am there to get good sleep. This hotel delivers. Even though my room was on the second floor and facing the street I did not hear street noise. The bed was extremely comfortable. I was well rested for business meetings and enjoyed my stay.

This small hotel is a gem, great staff, solid rooms and excellent location in Georgetown, District of Columbia. Prices are fair. Many walks are easy from this hotel. Mouton Brown soaps add to the pleasure. There is a roof top bar which is popular.

Did an overnight in July( in from the burbs) and found the hotel and location a pleasant surprise. Grat service and advice from valet and easy walk to the Georgetown waterfront for dinner at Fiola Mare( average btw). Then back to hotel and up to their rooftop bar. Because we were guests we cut the long line out front at about 9:30. One flight back down to our room after a couple of gin and tonics and good people watching at the bar. Back to Farmers and Founders for Brunch on Sunday while they held our bags at the valet and off we went back home in an hour. The room was fine but be aware in DC the older hotel rooms are smaller, almost european. As you can see by our itinerary, we didn't spend much time there.
