We have been staying here for years and it has gotten worse each time. This time was the worst. The hotel needs a complete facelift to start. The AC is still not working and portable units are still in rooms which are loud and difficult to close shades. The front desk staff is not helpful and unprofessional (sitting on the floor one day when we walked in) and the manager is nonexistent. When we checked in they took us to a king room when I had booked two queens. When I said I needed queens they told me they didn’t have any because they let another guest stay an extra night in the queen room. We were asked to wait and walk around which we did but this was at 5:30 pm and we had dinner reservations. In the end they found a room that I don’t think they use often. The smell on the floor was not good. If they don’t spray their room spray it smells moldy throughout hotel. Housekeeping did not come until I asked three times each day and not until 5 pm each day. I would not recommend staying here until they do some maintenance to the hotel and improve service.

The room, bed and pillows were very comfortable. We stayed in room 608. The view was terrible. It was an abandoned building. Friday night was a bit noisy with guests talking in the halls. Saturday was very quiet. You can walk to many restaurants and shopping from the hotel. This is a very nice boutique hotel. Staff at the front desk were very kind and informative! We will definitely return! We also enjoyed the rooftop bar!

You can’t beat the location in the heart ofGeorgetown. I would give it 10 stars for location. The lobby is simple and pleasant but our room had a view of a construction site and the central air was not working so they had a portable unit in the room. There was no coffee or any extra amenities. For the money, I expected a lot more. As for the staff, that was mixed bag. The bellman was great, friendly and accommodating as was the housekeeping. The front desk, not so much. They didn’t seem to want to be there. The rooftop bar was fantastic, especially at sunset. For the money, I give it three stars. If you can get it at a bargain price, the value proposition changes and I might give it 4 stars.

They have a serious issue with wifi connection which was very poor to non-existent in the room. I had to rely on my data roaming which was consumed quite quickly and had to pay a fortune. Another issue was the AC noise which was too loud. Housekeeping won’t make up your room unless you asked them to and even with that they come very late. I had to wait outside at 8pm on day. But the most concerning issue is related there unprofessionalism and lack of integrity. I had a package that was delivered to the hotel (company provided evidence) but was lost. Despite repeated attempts they were unable to locate it. When I left the US they said they will try to find it and ship it to me. The last i heard from them is that I should contact the company to request a refund and that they are not responsible for the loss … I find it very unprofessional from them to 1) loose the package and 2) deny responsibility even though I provided them with the date and time at which the package was delivered in addition to the name of the employee who received it. I will live without the package but I find this attitude to be totally unacceptable.

Location and rooftop in the summer cannot be beat. Room was much tighter than last time I was there (roughly same price nothing extravagant) so was disappointed but maybe they really hooked me up back then.

We were so looking forward to our stay at The Graham, but arrived to find the central air was not working and had not been working for a while. There was no mention of it in advance of arrival or even at check-in. The hotel had put a portable AC unit in our room but it did not work well. The room was hot all night and none of us slept. The bathroom was sweltering. Given the cost of the room, this feels like highway robbery. In all, the hotel’s valet and front desk lead were polite and nice and next door restaurant quite good, and but very disappointed in management’s handling of broken AC.

This is such a very bad experience for me and my friends. It was so expensive and the service was bad. The drinks took like 15 mins, and when it got delivered the ice was melted already. When we ordered the first round, we ordered the white russian, Margarita with sugar, and cosmo. But they didnt have the cream to make white russian so I changed it to lemon drop. My friend and I didnt link our drink so we changed it to vodka with splash pineapple. It took forever to make the drinks and the ice was melted already, and it taste really bad. so my friends ordered another drink but im already disappointed so i wont ordered anything else. My friends order vodka with a splash with cranberry and when the drink arrived it wasnt even full. AND THEY PUT 20% SERVICE CHARGE WITHOUT TELLING YOU ANYTHING. Its such nice cute rooftop bar with such a nice view but there are so much place that serves nicer drinks. DONT GO HERE!

The hotel charged me an extra fee to a confirmed final price without warning nor prior approval nor any prior I formation. The room was very noisy with rotating machine noise as in a boat close to the machine room. The room was so warm, but it is impossible to open the window at night to cool down the room. The air conditioner has to run through the night and it is very noisy. The soft drinks are supposed to be replenished daily in the room. A sign is clearly displaying this, but the hotel staff refused. The hotel housekeeper is not emptying the room bins and with the warmth it is smelling bad. I slept very badly during my two nights stay.

Stayed in June for 5 nights. We had a lovely room with a huge bathroom - free standing bath, separate shower and two separate basins. The bed was very comfy. The view wasn’t great but didn’t spoil the stay. We visited the rooftop bar which is lovely and also The Alex Speakeasy for a Jazz evening which we thoroughly enjoyed. Had breakfast at the restaurant attached to the hotel - food and staff were brilliant. The area is lovely with plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from. Also the Waterfront is very picturesque with some great restaurants - would definitely recommend staying around here. Plenty of local buses to take you into central DC

Very weird stay, lots of indications of uncleanliness and unprofessionalism. The location is excellent and my husband and kids and I were able to enjoy the gorgeous Georgetown area. The cons (they are big): 1. The cleanliness of the room was questionable. When we opened the pullout couch for our girls, there was something under the couch that looked like what might have been poop under the mattress. On further review and smelling, it was a dog treat. Yuck! 2. The young woman at the front desk was useless. On our way out one morning, I asked for a cold bottle of water, because it was hot out. She reached into the fridge to hand me a bottle of water and realized it was open and had already been drunk from by one of the staff. YUCK. In this post-Covid era, this is unacceptable. 3. The girl at the front desk doesn’t know what she is talking about in terms of directions . After the water bottle fiasco, she told me that they did not have any other bottles of water for us and directed us to a Wawa store which did not exist to get some water before we headed out. 4. When it was time to check out, there was no one at the front desk. I waited for about 10 minutes. There was also no one who could come to our room and help us with our bags. These are basic services.
