In my unit the A/C unit was so loud we needed air plugs to get sleep. Because I’m a light sleeper that didn’t work for me. Therefore, I was up all night. Hotel stated they would Comp my room because they couldn’t fix the issue. They never did and charged me the full rate for a horrible night. I contacted the GM but no response
First Covid trip and the Hyatt Place DC/national mall did a fantastic job and maintaining a safe and clean hotel. Signage was welcome and helpful in setting expectations for guests. Staff was friendly and the digital concierge was particularly helpful. Also I couldn’t believe how quiet the rooms were being next to a highway. Slept like a baby.
The cost for parking is outrageous. The hotel was clean for the most part, sadly the breakfast wasn’t good but that’s due to COVID so i understand. Wouldn’t stay here again.I’ve paid less for better. The rooms are spacious though.
Dear John~ Just a note to commend your staff at the Hyatt! Annie, Sery. Ibrahim, Yolanda, Terrae, Lindsay, and Elliene were simply amazing! Not to mention the room attendants. While my condominium was undergoing asbestos abatement I stayed at the Hyatt for four months! So I got to know your staff well. Although I live across the street at Town Square Towers, the convenience and welcoming atmosphere of the Hyatt was much appreciated! Have a peaceful day! MM
With Covid-19 limiting the resources this hotel has available, it's all the more important that the vending machines be regularly stocked and functioning. I have made multiple visits during the past 24 hours and the machine has been completely off-line.
