Well. I though the hostel was OK after spending two nights and being very careful with my belongings. I stayed with a friend on a private room. Then on our last day we left our things inside the room and locked it to shower. Later in the day we discovered that $ 200 was stolen from my wallet and $200...

I would 100% NEVER stay at this place again, even if you paid me. The location of the centre is difficult to find. First impressions are everything and upon arrival we were greeted with people who had no idea how to run the place. First of all they only accepted cash. When we got into the room we were assigned,...

This is by far the worst place I have ever stayed. Within minutes of checking in, they tried to charge me 75 dollars more than hostelworld had confirmed. The rooms must be of an illegal health and safety size for the amount of space per person! Beds are old, bunk beds bending in the middle! The whole place is dingy...

Nothing fancy. The staff is quite friendly and the neighboorhood is nice. The hostel is a long walk from the White House, Washington Monument, Lincoln Memorial etc. etc., but public transportation in DC is fine. The breakfast is simple but it's always a nice touch when they have free juice and toast. Besides, it's a hostel, not a Holiday Inn....

I stayed only for 2 nights at this hostel. Considering the price, I would say it is an OK hostel. Staff was helpful. Location is a little far from midtown, however transportation is very convenient in DC. If you walk it takes 35 min to midtown (fast-steps). The room I stayed was for 8 people and it was definitely what...

My girlfriend and I just spent 4 nights at this hostel. We booked online through the company website and put a 5% deposit on our stay. The owner told us this was a booking fee and not a deposit and refused to credit it towards our stay. Looking back on our receipt it clearly stated this was a deposit and...

Simply the worst hostel I have ever stayed It has not been cleaned for ages (especially in the rooms) It is 1 hour from the center on foot and 20 min from the metro Not safe in my opinion as well the only positive is that it has a lot of bars around The photos are not representative

Hostel was really dirty. Only two disgusting bathrooms for loads of people. Pictures aren't accurate. Everything was sticky and messy. The room was tiny and freezing. There were clothes all over the floor. The kitchen was revolting, I didn't want to touch anything. The staff were quite abrupt. Everyone in the living room area seemed drunk and intimidating. Not the...

The location is far away from subway station, it takes you roughly 15-20 minutes to get here. And you have to look up your eyes, because there is only one small door of the hostel in the ground (between two restaurants). The smell is not so good. And you will heard big noisy during the night, because there are bars,...

Don't believe their pictures online! And they don't provide free airport pickup as they advertised. When I got in there, they checked me in by writing on a notebook and only accepted cash - they don't even had a computer or POS machine. I was then surprised by the dirty floor, broken furniture and smelly rooms. When I stepped in...
