I was skeptical about staying here after reading some of the reviews on here, but I've decided a lot of the information was wrong, or those involved had no idea what to expect from a hostel. The place was great. It was really clean, the front room was awesome, filled with comfy sofas and seats. The wifi probably won't work...

We arrived at this hostel in the evening, and it was hard to find it, because the hostel does not have any sign, and the people we asked did not know about any hostel around there !! So, I called and asked about the hostel and the FREE parking - that they promise in their website, the person who talked...

Normally I would not feel required to write a review, but this hostel experience was a memory to share. Run away. You still have time, because we didn't -- The scars are still in our memories. The pictures do not do justice to the hostel. The place is nasty, it smells odd, the floor feels sticky and dirty. We even...

I arrived later in the evening and the manager tried to be extra accommodating. The Managers are nice people. They were considerate. There is a very steep staircase leading up to the hostel so be prepared with a light suitcase. The price was attractive and there was a light breakfast. Everyone was doing the best they can, given the circumstances.

I've stayed at a few different hostels in DC. This one is the most basic that you'll find. It's okay for the price, which is about as low as one can find in town, but it's not really the kind of place to stay for someone looking to enhance and smooth their first visit to DC. (In fact, there is...

Not so dirty. But... It is Old. Stinky. The kitchen is dirty. The lockers are si small you cant really fit anything in there and it costs 5 dollars. Owner is friendly, but he could walk into your room without knocking. The good thing about that hostel is location and has breakfast included.

I stayed from June 21 to June 24, 4 nights. I read what others had said on here AFTER I booked the hostel and prayed for the best. Well, I want to say I had nothing to worry about. I paid $25/night and it was worth it, I'd stay there again, and yes, I'd recommend it to others. I am...

It´s by far, the worst hostel I´ve stayed in mi hole life! It´s dirty, smelly, and it´s not properly a youth hostel (there are some people actually living there). The manager is unpleasant and the rooms are not properly cleaned (nor the bathrom). Also, they say it includes a breakfast, but that´s not true. In the kitchen they just have...

The best thing about this property is the location in the adams morgan area. Just outside are tons of bars and restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful. Te beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean enough, as were the bathrooms. The kitchen wasnt very well maintained but thats my only real complaint.

I liked the place, cozy, but ok. Very close to any things. The black man that worked there kept on walking around looking around. He was not working and my friend saidshe thinks he was peeping into our private room when she was dressing up. I recommend if you are going there to be careful with that guy. I wasn't the...
