Such great customer service. And experience was unmatched. Jinesh hooked me up with an amazing trip to Vegas! Reasonably priced and looking forward to it. The Embassay Suites Convention center is Such an exquisite experience and great break from the hectic world to relax and vacation.
Amazing room very clean and nice, uncommonly nice staff, fantastic breakfast was all part of my experience even during the huge crowds during the 4th of July. If you like using a bar of soap then bring your own, otherwise you don't need to look at any other place then this Hilton, the location itself is worth it. This will be the only place I Stay in DC, thanks Hilton!
Mike was very helpful in getting us situated with our trip to Vegas. Great deal and excellent service. Showed up on time, knowledgeable in the vacation package we were looking for. And once again, the deals are amazing
First, I booked the wrong hotel because I was visiting my grandson who attends Morgan State. This hotel was about an hour and half away. But I am glad I could not book closer to him. I was able to stay in a newly renovated Embassy Suites which is close enough to the National Mall you can walk in about 20 minutes. There were plenty of eateries and shops close by as well. The hotel as always offered a marvelous breakfast. The restaurant was very good as well; I ordered from there twice for dinner and was pleased. The staff was amazing, especially Antoine at the front desk. I am glad I stay at this hotel and will do so again.
The hotel has been updated completely. Great staff. Terrible internet on the 8th floor (room 826). it would not connect in the room, but would in the lobby. Hot water was also a problem. It took over 5 minutes to get hot water in the shower and then it was only warm. They have some engineering problems.
The bed was broken and sloped into one side it was awful I didn’t get any sleep and some man also pulled his privates out to pee outside in the pool area we alerted the bar tender and he just got changed and went to the other bar
The hotel was in a great location and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was a great size to fit all of us comfortably and we really enjoyed happy hour in the restaurant. Jinesh was amazing and can't wait to take my Hilton Honors trip back to Washinton DC.
We enjoyed the Embassy Suites and how close it was to everything. My friends definitely enjoyed happy hour. Jinesh was amazing at Embassy Suites and I can't wait to take my Hilton Honors trip to orlando.
This hotel was stellar. We stayed one night for a Wizards game. The valet was great, the room was updated (although the door and ceiling had some cosmetic issues that need addressed) and spacious. The morning breakfast was delicious with loads to choose from and polite staff. The only downside was that we booked a package that literally said it included snacks and drinks, and then were told they can’t place food in the rooms…why are we marketing a package like this then?? I would not have booked this room otherwise- I was traveling with kids and didn’t bother to bring them snacks and stuff because we expected to have them. Stop marketing this if you don’t offer it!
Let's start with the good aspects I experienced while staying at this hotel. I was there for 5 nights in mid-October, 2022. 1. Most hotels now charge for breakfast, even if you're a member of their elite tier of frequent travelers. Embassy Suites on 10th St does not. They have a breakfast buffet, as well as making eggs and omelets to order. I loved their breakfast! 2. The hotel is clean, the rooms and all areas look great, almost brand new. The rooms are not small, it's easy to relax. 3. It's centrally located near the National Mall which makes it easy to get out and about, easy to 'be a tourist'. The cost of the room is not too high for most people. 4. Housekeeping is done daily, unlike most hotels. This is a big plus for some. For me, it meant I didn't have to worry about having coffee on hand each morning. So why do I give it 4 stars, and not 5? There's one big reason. The only drawer space is in the end tables next to the bed, and they are small. True, there are cubes (Mounted at floor level!) to place your socks and underclothes in, but if you're older and a bit stiff? That's a reach, hard to manage. Additionally there is never enough hangers in the closet. I've learned to bring a few with me. You know the old saying. One Awwww Shucks overcomes numerous Atta-boys. If I could rate this at 3.5 stars, I would, simply because of the lack of drawer space.…
