This hotel had everything we hoped it would have! The staff at the front desk were very knowledgeable about local attractions and very friendly. This hotel is located in a nice area and within walking distance of the Lincoln and Washington Monuments as well as the White House. We were very pleased with our room, the pool and the bistro....

It's the first time we've stayed at a hotel in DC. We used to stay with my family outside of DC and ride the Metro in, but they have passed. We couldn't have asked for a better location. We were within 4-5 blocks of the White House and all the Memorials. Never needed a taxi or the Metro. The place...

The location was very convenient to partake in the monuments, museums and historical sights. The rooms were very nice and our grandson enjoyed the indoor pool. We took advantage of the in-house restaurant and were extremely pleased with the the food and were blown away by the staff. They were unbelievably friendly and customer oriented. Wouldn't stay anywhere else on...

For many years we’ve been staying at the Key Bridge Marriott when we were in DC. This year, after comparing rates and rooms and remembering our disappointment with the condition of our rooms over the last three years at the Key Bridge, we booked the Courtyard at Foggy Bottom for eight nights. For roughly $30.00 more per night, we enjoyed...

A great location for walking down to the mall and memorials. It's right at GWU, if you need that. Not that bad a walk to the metro, and DC is pretty easy to get around anyway. The staff were incredibly helpful - I was actually impressed. Once they heard we were there as tourists, they really helped out with directions...

Thank you for recommending us on TripAdvisor. We were glad that our award winning staff was able to take such great care of you. Although we are within walking distance of many great things to do in DC, the summer heat can be difficult, and any wrong turn that can add a few minutes to your travels can take its...

Everything was great. We really liked the room and the customer service was excellent. The front desk staff were courteous and very accommodating. A while after we checked in we requested a different room because there was a crying baby in the next room, we immediately were moved to a different floor and had a very restful night. The hotel's...

We arrived in Washington DC Union Station. From there we got the Circulator bus to the top of 20th Street. Hotel is several blocks down. We spent four nights in this hotel which is in a lovely part of Washington surrounded by lots of Government buildings e.g. World Bank, Federal Reserve etc. The concierge, we think it was David, was...

We stayed in a Suite. A bit of a let down, just combined two standard rooms into a suite. Standard bathroom. Most suites we stay in have nicer bathrooms. Otherwise fine. Hotel in a good location, short walk to the White House, the Mall, and on the fringe of GW University. Check in staff was fine. Bar and food service...

Alber, the man behind the bar who does it all is pretty amazing. He provided great service, was very polite and knowledgable, and was a great help when it came to information outside the realm of what food to order. Service industries need WAY more people like him to make their place shine for their visitors!
