We spent 1 night at Ritz Carlton in Georgetown with our twin boys and received amazing treatment from everyone. Cedric at the front desk was always helpful. The lady who took care of our housekeeping was lovely and found toys for our sons. The valet who handled our car was also very accommodating. We will definitely come back.

There are two Ritz in DC and the one in Georgetown has a very pleasing lobby with all brick interior. The staffs are not only courteous but also very friendly, which is rare to find at this class of hotels. The suite cost more but worth the extra.

Unless you want to be in the heart of the city near the monuments and museums this is absolutely the best location for a hotel. Walking distance to Georgetown historical sites, great shopping, really great food and the waterfront. The hotel has a boutique feel and the staff strive to make it feel that way. The concierge was good, Alan... More

Located in the heart of Georgetown...a block from great shopping on "M"..and a half block from the water....nestled a bit off the street. Great rooms! Service exceptional. Only drawback is the West wing rooms..have to take an elevator down a flight..walk a long hall..and then take another elevator up to your floor. Spacious and clean rooms. Restaurant small but excellent... More

Nestled in the heart of Georgetown, only a half a block from the water is the Ritz Carlton in Georgetown. It doesn't seem as though the hotel does much advertising, so in a way it's a hidden gem. The building used to be a garbage incinerator...true story! Once you find the all brick building, the front desk people will check... More

I loved my stay here. The staff was friendly and helpful, the location is great and the food was delicious. It had a great boutique feel. The only thing it's missing is a pool and that understandable due to the size of the place. I will definitely be staying here again.

Clean, quiet, comfy and an ideal location. Love this small concept Ritz. It's the first time we have stayed here and really enjoyed it. The staff can make a stay incredible or crappy and these guys are as good as it gets. Outstanding! The rooms were quiet and the bed was perfect. We chilled in the lobby after sightseeing each... This hotel is fabulous but mainly because of the incredibly accommodating staff. Everyone we encountered were super customer service oriented. We were upgraded to a suite, which was big and well appointed. Beds were comfy. Just like most Ritz Carlton properties, this is somewhat quiet and elegant. Check to see if American Express is running a deal...breakfast included and $100... More

It was a beautiful hotel. Location close to all area attractions along with restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. They helped with private tours of Washington, DC and dinner selections. The room product was wonderful. The king suite was two large rooms with 1 1/2 bathrooms. Very clean and beds comfortable. The shower... More

I was very tired after a long flight and the taxi driver had to take my luggage from the car. I waited alone about 5 minutes and then had to struggle to open the heavy door and get my three suitcases inside. The employee in charge of the reception had to take my luggage to the room. I have stayed... More
