My stay here was great. Came here with family to travel around D.C. It is in an area where there is not much going on, so it is very quiet, which is useful for when one is trying to sleep. It is a bit on the pricey side though, so if you stay here get ready to spend a bundle.

The Ritz Carlton DC was very nice. Great location, chic & cozy lobby bar, great food and good service. We had a small issue with a guest across the hall chain smoking and causing the entire floor to stink, even inside my room. We were moved to another room on a different floor. We were already unpacked and tired from...

Been there for a conference. Very good service, nice reception staff, good service. Rooms are big, quiet, clean, well appointed. For bathrooms I would have expected more. Breakfast is nice, buffet or a la carte. Both very nice. Location is great, not far from Georgetown or other attractions. Restaurants and shops nearby, including non stop. Wifi was good..

This hotel always has lived up to my expectations. Wonderful sleeping accommodations.......Great food and the staff series from arrival to departure are exceptional!!! The staff anticipates needs.....No long waits for service.......The cleanliness of the rooms and the decor are exemplary. The Banquet menus are plentiful , varied and plentiful. Please see my earlier review of the Ritz DC 22nd Street. The only reason to re-review it is that they have undertaken a massive renovation (long overdue). Here are the highlights: 1. The Lobby: It used to have far more character than now. The lobby used to be an inviting place to sit while waiting. Now, it is is very...

Everything about this hotel exceeded expectations. I have stayed at many Ritz Carlton hotels and they are generally very nice. This hotel, every need is anticipated and I love that they offer cookies of the presidents - a great touch in Washington.

More of an upscale Marriott than a Ritz. Concierge was outstanding providing assistance with restaurants and museum interests. Lunch menu in restaurant was very limited. Staff were very professional and pleasant. Conference meals were fair.

Terrific accomodations with a fantastic spa and gym experience. The location es perfect for Mall and Monument access. Hotel is close to dining, shopping, and local universities. The food and service is excellent. The staff is attentive, and very willing to help. Housekeeping is accessible and very reliable.

Whoever has stayed at any Ritz Carlton, they know the impeccable customer service that ritz Carlton provides. Well, this location did not! Great location, clean room but horrible staff. After 10 hours drive, we did not look your typical well groomed clients....thus completely ignored by staff as we tried to check in.

The public spaces are opulent, the rooms are ordinary (and in need of refurbishment), many employees have their hands out for tips (especially doormen). This is not even close to The Four Seasons Washington DC.
