I stayed at the Ritz-Carlton, Washington, DC for a professional conference. The facilities are superb across the board, both for conferences and accommodations. My room was lovely and, unlike so many hotel rooms, had perfect climate control and possibly the best black-out curtains I have ever encountered. (I like a dark room.) The sleep was the best I've had in...

Had a great time here. Wonderful location! Was able to walk to the fireworks from the hotel. Wonderful way to avoid the traffic. Check in was smooth. I would stay at this location again. Ate a delicious dinner at the restaurant.

For many years, I previously stayed (happily) at the Park Hyatt in DC. After Hyatt changed its freequent traveler program in January 2017, I moved all my business to Ritz Carlton (Marriott). I am very happy with the change. The Ritz Hotels are only slightly higher than the Park Hyatt hotels. The service at all the Ritz Carlton hotels I...

Was here 3 nights for business. Our room was lovely. The staff were friendly & professional. They have a nice bar that serves good quality wines by the glass. Meeting space was comfortable. I would definitely return

Our stay at The Ritz was exceptional. Staff, room, bar, food all top notch. Good location for walking to Georgetown. Easy cabs to monuments and museums. Food in both bar areas was excellent. Bar is lively early evening and late a night . It has a great vibe and staff were very nice.

Absolutely fantastic property, awesome rooms, great decor, and best of all the staff seriously could not have been better. Great cocktails at the bar, club lounge was perfect. It really doesn't get better for a hotel stay.

I have stayed at numerous hotels in the U.S. and abroad in my lifetime. The Ritz was a memorable experience, by far. Two senior ladies could not have asked for more. The room was a dream, the bathroom was divine, but the show-stopper, drum roll please, the sewing kit complete with varied colors of threads ALREADY THREADED in the needles!...

Newly redesigned, the Ritz has a fresh feel. It wasn't shabby to start with. The new high-polished feel with black replacing the traditional wood-stain and the modern furniture changes the old-luxury atmosphere you expect in a Ritz, no matter how new the hotel. Generally, it's a nice change but new tiny bedside tables and a whiff of a desk to...

This isn't about United Airlines who flew from Dulles to Atlanta, circled and return me to Dulles. This is about turning an awful day around at s lovely hotel in D.C. The staff were friendly, happy, accommodating and did everything they could to turn a really awful day of travel into a very pleasant evening. Too late to go out...

After fleeing two other horribly appointed, noisy hotels in DC we have finally found someone up to standard! The room is beautiful, the bed soft and the staff is friendly and helpful. Everything here from dining to location is A+. Did I mention the fantastic marble BATHTUB? That's hard to find in DC apparently! This Ritz is the only place...
