What a wonderful surprise! The Residence is well situated, decent walking distance from the Conference Center, Metro, lots of museums, the Mall, restaurants.... Clean, large room--wish our bedroom were this large!! Lovely breakfast--all you could want and healthy too! Best surprise was that they also offer a free dinner on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday!! Good, homecooked food, pleasant service--always wanting... More

Surprised by how large our suite/room was. Very comfortable bed and noise insulation from both the road and other rooms was spectacular. This, together with good blackout curtains lead to great quality of sleep on both our nights here. One star lost as the room smelt a little bit musty. Other than that, very pleasant stay indeed!

Stayed one night - hotel is close to most of the downtown attractions - a little hard to find the valet if you are using the Garmin. Room has a full kitchen minus an oven, clean and up to date. Nice breakfast buffet with the standard breakfast items. Queen bed set up is a cluster if you are on the... More

I was in DC for work for a few weeks. I was staying down the street at the Hilton paying quite a bit more with less amenities. I moved to the Residence Inn and never looked back. The room was large with a nice view of the street (better than staring at a brick wall, just sayin......). Very clean. Nice... More

This was one of the most unexpected stays I ever had. It was my first night of MR Silver this year. I had booked the hotels to stay next to my friends for one night. The hotel made me fall in love with the residence inn chain. The receptionist Kyle was friendly and upgraded my room. The hotel seemed to... More

Great location, close to the national mall and white House. Metro is 5 mins walk. Rooms slightly dated but spacious Good breakfast, better than several other residence inn properties Evening reception couple of times a week includes a glass of wine and light meal if you are not too fussy Pricey due to the location I guess

The hotel is a couple of blocks from metro, close to white house, breakfast was better than average for free hotel breakfast, room was clean. Everything was good. We would stay there again. CVS next door has all teh things you might need including some decent fresh food choices.

Location, Location, Location! This hotel was in the perfect spot for sightseeing and close to the convention center if you are in good shape and can walk. We did not have a car so we didn't have to pay the exorbitant valet parking fee. We were in town for an athletic tournament so it worked out well since there are... More

I recently stayed in the Residence Inn while I was attending a conference in DC. I was there for 6 nights so I really got a feel for the place. Firstly, the service and the personnel were excellent. They were consistently polite, cheerful and helpful. I stayed in a studio room which was nice and large with a very convenient... More
