Great location near everything. Too expensive for what you get and the hotel taxes are a killer. Free coffee is nice touch and giant tv. Parking is ridiculously expensive. TV was suitable but the beds would be better if queen so a mile aged couple could fit.

Thank you for the review. Downtown DC has very limited street parking; and the parking enforcement never sleeps. We do try to keep parking competitive with other properties in the area -some hotels charge over $50.00 each night. Our location with its proximity to almost all of the major attractions in DC is one of our best selling points. We...

Really pleased with the location of this hotel. Just across the road from Macpherson Square Metro station and a few minutes walk away from the White House and National Mall. Our King Room was spacious and comfortable, and the Keurig coffee maker was good to have. The bathroom was fine. The staff on the Reception desk were polite and helpful....

Dear LMRM, Thank you for the review. We will have our engineering team take a look at the heating and cooling system as well as the mini-fridges so the noise you commented about should be less of an issue. Please consider staying with us again the next time you visit DC.

We stayed at Hilton Garden Inn Downtown. This hotel is great! We were located within walking distance to all the attraction. At the end of the day, we were all pretty exhausted. They offered a kids movie at 5 & 7pm, making it so easy for us to relax and entertain our kiddo. We will definitely be staying here again!

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. Growing up when I travelled with my parents, we stayed at a lot of motels (dating myself). I don't remember a lot of amenities but I remember those places being fun. We are a great hotel for business, but for families we want to be fun and memorable. I hope...

I stay here every March due to a SIKORSKY conf and Hill meetings. It's the best location across from the Metro. I love the grist bar and nice Rest for breakfast. I'm a loyal HHonors person). Although I didn't have a chance to enjoy the room much the fitness center in the basement was very nice. Very convenient market store...

I was greeted by a historically captivating woman upon my entrance which was the first of several outstanding experiences during my stay. The room, service, and atmosphere were exceptional starting with the checkin via Rebecca to the cocktail hour and breakfast.

Loved it!! Will stay again for sure! Great location for walking to all the attractions, super helpful and friendly staff. Having the restaurant at the hotel was very convenient with the kids. We got the bed and breakfast deal and it was well worth it. Kids loved the pool. Great 4 days in DC!!

Dear Daisy1644, Thank you for the review. We do try to be as kid friendly as possible - on Friday and Saturday nights should our ballroom be available, we show recently released kids movies. The pool is a great feature to have for families traveling with children. We hope your experience will bring you back to us the next time...

We stayed for 4 nights and booked a king suite which was perfect for mom, dad and two kids. Sofa bed was king size. Two tv's were nice to have as was the fridge, microwave and Keurig. The hotel location was great. A variety of restaurants and a CVS pharmacy close by. The hotel restaurant was also very good. We...

My family and I have stayed at this hotel twice each March in an attempt to see the cherry blossoms. Sadly we've missed it both times but have always enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It is centrally located, close to the White House and the national mall. DC is best explored on foot so we don't mind walking around...

Dear kmstraveller, Thank you for the review. The Cherry Blossoms are always beautiful, but never timely. They come when they choose and not a moment before. Last year they were peaking a week and half earlier than this year! As you commented - our location is fantastic. We have restaurants and major sight seeing hot spots within a easy few...

The staff are great. My first room was dismal and they changed it without a fuss. One of the professional staff at the front desk, Yesica, is just a fabulous host if you're lucky enough to have her greet you. Easy you get to - right across the street from the metro. Up to the usual standards for a Hilton hotel. I would suggest a room at the back of the hotel. The main entrance is on a busy street and there is considerable street noise.
