If you are an elite member then the best to book in luxury hotels of Hilton, Conrad, Waldorf since they have lounge access. But if you are not elite, great location Hilton Garden, Homewood, Homewood, Double Tree and Embassy Suites.

We arrived late on a Friday - the clubs across the street were BOUNCING. There were lots of homeless people sleeping in the corridor of the building across the street, and there was some elicit activity happening around the corner. Not the best first impression. We gave our car to the valet and hoped for the best. Our room was...

We were in D.C. to visit the new Smithsonian National Museum of African-American History and Culture. The Hilton Garden Inn DC Downtown could not have been better positioned for our trip. The room was spacious; very comfortable bed and bathroom. An easy 10-minute walk to the National Mall and within five minutes to Metro Center Station and about 12 minutes...

My one and only complaint is the parking which is $43.00 by itself has tax associated with it at $7.00, almost $8.00. This makes parking more than $50/night. That's a bit outrageous and I don't know one hotel that charges tax ON TOP of the parking fee. It may be a convenient location but it's not worth being taken advantage...

Located within walking distance of all of the great museums and monuments this Hilton is directly across from the silver line Metro at McPherson Square. The desk is businesslike and welcoming and doormen are always there to welcome you back. Single room has a King bed with pillow top and not too hot or too cold with in room with...

I have stayed at other Hilton Garden inns and they have really hit the mark for excellency in a mid-priced offering. This one in Washington DC was no exception. They have a modest restaurant, a mini-store for buying snacks and things, and their rooms are spacious, and spotless. Overall, you can't go wrong with staying here or at other Hilton...

Beautiful hotel conveniently located directly across street from Metro train station. My daughter and I came for a 3-day stay using the BigBus Hop-on-Hop-off for our local transportation. We were so relieved when we exited the Metro station and found our hotel was right in front of us! Definitely no need for a car for us..friendly and helpful staff, really...

Was in a good location, walking distance to a lot of places. Clean room, friendly staff, breakfast was just ok and pricey. Our room was not ready at check in time after the long ride to DC that was very disappointing. It also had no view for the price of a suite $$ would should have seen something more than...

The courtesy of the workers was extremely professional and courteous, the location was great for ease of getting to attractions however there was a place across the street where the homeless too refuge at night it was very saddening to see this and didn't expect it . Then the second night at the hotel we did not get much rest...

Can be used as a stay over hotel, lobby is not suitable for business meetings as there are too many tourists and noise in the small area which is directly linked to the bar and "restaurant". Hotel is well located for tourist experiences in walking distance.
